This commit adds various improvements in newsletter snippets as follow:
- Improves UI for newsletter popup.
- We only had one popup for all websites. Now, we can have a different
popup for each website.
- The popup was not appearing on mobile/tablet devices. Now, in
mobile/tablet devices, the popup appears automatically after 5secs.
- Added the ability to customize the whole editor popup like any
editable area (background colors, etc).
- User needed to enable popup snippet from the settings. We removed that
setting so now popup snippet will always be available.
- Added new snippet "Newsletter block".
- Display notification after successful subscription the same way for
all newsletter snippets.

When the e-commerce is installed, you can now add a new snippet that can
be dropped anywhere: a search bar to search for products with an
autocomplete feature.
That snippet is also used as default "/shop" search bar. Finally,
you have the possibility to customize the snippet via snippet options.

For some unknown reasons, the text-primary class was added on each
card-header of that snippet... while the default link color is already
primary by default.
This was however breaking some themes whose primary color would not fit
in card-header while the link color (different from the primary one)
would.

Some of our new snippets for 12.0 uses parallax. Those were not using
the exact structure required by parallax which *may* lead to unexpected
results when playing with the related options.

What was designed as a new feature appeared as a regression: users were
not able to choose a bootstrap gray as a background color anymore but
instead got the possibiility to choose a hardcoded gray. This commit
restores the use of the custom gray palette that themes can customize
and which automatically uses the correct text color when used as a
background. This also allows to remove ugly inline style from snippet
definitions and allows to solve bugs like the described below one:
---------------------------------------
Also add bg-* classes on snippet cards:
---------------------------------------
Snippet cards are often put (or may be put by the user) in an element
which have a bg-* class on it. This means that the card will still have
a white background (as chosen by BS4 by default) but the text color will
be adapted to that ancestor bg-* classed element.
This commit forces the card background color (as suggested by BS4) with
bg-* classes.

Before this commit, the nav-tabs IDs/urls/... were the same when that
snippet was added multiple times or duplicated. Now, the IDs are
recomputed everytime a new .nav-tabs appears.

A snippet option describes where standard snippets can be dropped in the
page (which is currently in oe_structure elements or html fields, except
for the footer which can only have one snippet). Some external snippets
in other apps or themes were not using this snippet option but defined
their owns which were not adapted to the correct drop locations.
Setting a black low-transparency filter on a parallax element was
leaving the text color black too as the filter did not act as a
background color. Now the filter is computed from the parallax
background color.
Reaching the URL /demo/snippets-debug will now showcase all snippets
*automatically* (if a theme uses different snippets or if the snippets
change in the future, this page will not have to be adapted).
We have JS which tooks care of customizing the color and background
options of .carousel elements so that the active carousel item is
edited instead. The recent snippet refactoring added those options on
.carousel-item elements directly, so that slide and carousel options
are separated in the customize menu. This however made the options
complex to use and some of them impossible to use. This also added color
and background options on non-snippet carousels like for the products in
the shop, which was not meant to be. This commit goes back to the old
system for now.
Note: using "[class*='s_']" as a selector to match snippets is not
correct as it matches the elements whose classes contains 's_'... and
in our case the body was matched because it has the class
'editor_ha*s_*snippets'. A proper way would be to use this selector:
"[class^='s_'], [class*=' s_']". But even then, this is not really a
good way.

It was easy to mess with the footer unintentionally when dropping
snippets in the page. Now we only allow one "main" snippet in the
footer, solving the problem.

This commit introduces the first page options: header overlay and color.
The website builder is improved to allow the management of those. With
this commit, users can now click on the website header to make it go on
top of the first snippet, with a chosen transparent color. This is a
configuration that can be done on each page individually (as the feature
is very dependent of the first snippet on the page, this is typically an
option for homepages).

- The dropdown structure was simplified, allowing to get rid of the
3-levels structure induced by <ul/> elements and dropdowns can now
contain anything. The class 'dropdown-item' is now mandatory for
each dropdown clickable element. The class 'dropdown-item-text' can
be used to add same padding and style but without making the element
have a clickable look.
- Dividers now use the class 'dropdown-divider'
- The way dropdowns are opened and hidden also changed (before the
'open' class was added on the `.dropdown-menu` parent, now the
'show' class is added on both the `.dropdown-menu` parent and the
`.dropdown-menu` itself).
- JS-wise, no click event handlers can be put on `.dropdown-toggle`
elements anymore (instead, use handlers for dropdown events).
- Carets are automatically put on `.dropdown-toggle` elements, so this
commit replaces the `.caret` elements with this. This feature was
possible to disable but would prevent us from adding a caret with
scss. Also, this simplifies the DOM. The 'o-no-caret' class was also
introduced to allow using the 'dropdown-toggle' class on non-caret
elements.
- Also adapt the scss to use $caret-width instead of $caret-width-base
The system completely changed. I also had to adapt classes to new
screen breakpoints.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
Accessibility improvements forbids the use of the syntax
`<i class="fa fa-check"/> Some text`
to create a labelled icon. But, by this, some fonts are changed.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The old syntax can be used.
Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.
This PR forbid to use labels without a "for" attribute, add some title, rule and aria attributes in HTML. With that, Odoo will be fully usable with a screen reader.
* [IMP] Labels must have a for attribute. Improve accessibility.
* [IMP] Better error message when trying to read a missing cached value
* [FIX] Add some aria-label and title attributes for screen readers.
* [FIX] Template name is not included in the error message in case of SyntaxError in QWeb
* [FIX] Improve the Tour failed at step error message to be more explicit.
* [IMP] Add aria-labels
* [FIX] Add missing aria-label on failing test
* [IMP] aria-hidden means hidden. Fix all bad aria-hidden and hide aria-hidden for all.
* [IMP] Color names on kanban views and many2many tags
* [IMP] Add some checks on views for accessibility.
* [IMP] Add `alt` attribute on `img` tags.
* [IMP] Add aria-label and title on non-described icons
* [IMP] Add button role to widgets with btn class
* [IMP] Translate aria and formatted attributes.
* [IMP] Remove wrong aria-labelledby
* [IMP] Add menu role on dropdowns
* [IMP] Buttons must be focusable
* [IMP] Add aria attributes on progress bars
* [IMP] Improve accessibility of basic widgets
* [IMP] Change main layout to more semantic tags
* [IMP] Add menuitem role when missing
* [IMP] Remove wrong role='presentation'
* [IMP] Improve accessibility of tab panels
* [IMP] Add aria-invalid on invalid fields
* [IMP] Add aria-sort on ordered columns
* [IMP] Add role on alerts
* [IMP] Use dialog role, header, main and footer tags for modals
* [IMP] Add labels on o_status
* [IMP] Improve accessibility of kanban view with feeds and articles
* [IMP] Add alerts in case of new messages
* [IMP] Add widget, navigation or img role to aria-labelled items
Note: original work of @dbh-odoo was to have + and - buttons on the
editor overlay but specs changed to use a standard dropdown (the work
of @dbh-odoo was thus adapted for this).

- Remove useless snippet background suggestions (only one button to
open the media dialog directly)
- Show meaningful-only tabs in the media dialog (no document as
background, ...)
- When editing a background shows the background suggestions first and
show the background suggestions last for standard images. Technically,
this is done by filtering on the name/fname of the attachments and
adding magic name parts to the fname on image upload (e.g. when
uploading an image from the media dialog when customizing a bg, the
uploaded image will automatically be marked as a background). Note:
there were discussions to implement this feature with a tag system for
ir.attachment/s but the implementation's cost was too great in regards
to the feature.
- When editing an existing link or creating one from selected text, do
not show the "Link Label" field in the dialog; it was confusing. Only
show that field when adding a link at the cursor location with no
selected text.

Before this commit, the editor allowed defining the margin of some
elements and the height of some elements. There were three main
problems with this system:
1) When an user dragged the arrow, he often expected to change the
size of the element while he was in fact changing the margin
2) When changing the margin, you increase the space between two
elements but with a white space (while most users want a space
with the same color of the block they are resizing = padding)
3) When changing the height, the user was able to hide snippet parts
and the height was not consistent accross screen sizes
Now, the only thing you can edit is padding. There is only one arrow
for each direction, which allows increasing spacing and consistent
dimension at the same time.
The only feature that is lost with this change is the ability to
control vertical alignement of colored columns. This is not a problem
as colored columns are rare in our current snippets and there still
have the possibility to add margin classes by hand if necessary (there
are also plans to control vertical alignement another way).
Note: margin classes are kept for compatibility.
