Thibault Delavallée dddabd3e0c [MERGE] [IMP] 'Stage Bar Manu' Task. This task improves the statusbar widget. Folded columns are 
not hidden anymore, but available in a side menu accessible after other stages. The 
purpose is to be able to have access to all stages using this widget. This way we will be 
able to remove some action buttons in form views in a future task.

This web branch updates the statusbar widget (JS and CSS).

This addons branch updates the stages domain for leads, claims, applicants, tasks and 
issues.

Thibault Delavallée 88e3505554 [IMP] mail_alias: added reference to the parent record. 
The parent record is the record that holds the alias. It is different
from the record updated or created using the alias. For example
projects have aliases whose parent is the given projet, and that creates
new task inside the project.
Updated alias creation and management accordingly.
This ownership concept is used to compute the 'followers' contact
settings of aliases.

Xavier Morel ee262e156a [FIX] delete event in calendar, courtesy of Holger Brunn 
Calendar has type mismatche issues where event ids are obtained as
strings even when they are numbers, this is (ish) why get_id_index was
added to Dataset.

When having an event_id in calendar, can't use event_id directly needs
to ensure we have valid index and use that index to get "correct (ly
typed)" id from dataset.

Xavier Morel 5cf564e4e6 [FIX] handling of multiline strings during qweb translation 
Javascript regexps don't provide a DOTALL flag (to make `.` match
newlines) so have to replace `.` by `[\s\S]` hack, as *that* will
match newlines as well as all other characters.

Note: the `m` flag has a different meaning, it makes `^` and `$` match
      the start and end of lines rather than the start and end of the
      string itself.

Christophe Matthieu 22c6b69b50 [FIX] portal: "Portal Access Managment" can't create or edit portal access for a contact when they are already an user with the same login. The wizard don't display all the list of contacts related to the selection. 
The wrong contact must be replace by the contact who have the login equal to the contact email. Get all child contacts and do not filtered by active user.
