When we name_search a res.user, we have a special hack so we will
firstly perform an exact search on the res.users login, if none is found
we will search over res.users name.
This is intended but in the case of negative search since 660cebb4faaeb,
for example operator='not ilike' and name='test' would probably just
return all user that do not have a login that is exactly test.
This is not the intended behavior, in this instance we should just
return user that do not have "test" in their names.
Without fix, added test would fail on:
- .name_search('vlad', operator='not ilike') => finding everyone but
user with exactly login vlad instead of user not containing vlad in
their name
- .name_search('', operator='not ilike') => find all users instead of
finding no user
- .name_search('lad', operator='not ilike') => find all users instead of
just finding "Nothing similar"

View creation/edition represent a important part of an install and a lot
of possible view errors are not detected, like fields used in domain
filters. Some part of the code a difficult to maintain, and view checks
are splitted in multiple places.
This commit aims at refactoring view validation by regrouping most part
of the logic in ir_ui_view and trying to optimize the overall process.
Since most of the lines were touched, this task was also an opportunity
to modernize the API.
Main changes on method `check_xml`:
- extract node processign and validation to individual postprocessor
- add validation for filter node, buttons, ...
- fix accessibility checks (and improve their performance)
- move xpath check to specific Python node validator
- clarify error messages (wip to continue)
Main changes on method `read_combined`:
- optimize the search for inheriting views in a single query doing the
whole recursive search
Indeed, after removing xpath validations, `get_inheriting_views_arch`
was the most expensive method in `check_xml`, spending most of the time
in `search` because of recursive calls to retrieve children views.
The view Backend Assets is a good example of the latter point, since a
line is added in the view for almost every module. 70 views (community)
are added at first level, `get_inheriting_views_arch` is efficient and
returns all 70 views. Then at the second level, the method
`get_inheriting_views_arch` is called 70 times for nothing. 70 calls to
`search` (squared/2 since each view is checked independently) are almost
useless. The same case applies to the settings view.
As a result, the average module installation time is 25% faster, and the
average time spent in `read_combined` is almost divided by 2.
Before this commit, console.error were catched by browser_js
in order to log them but only value was used on received object,
which is correct only when the received object is text.
With owl arrival, error object may be logged. This
commit add the ability to manage logged object, fallbacking on
a complete representation of object if object is not an error or
description is empty.

Purpose
=======
It sometimes happens that the last runbot build is green, but it's
impossible to create a basic record (a new user for example) in the
interface.
This commit adds new tests using the Form tool (so triggering the
onchanges, and so on), to check that those basic models can be
instanciated without any issue on the interface.

Commit c3717f3018 added a (5, 0, 0) command when modifying groups_id of any
non-internal user, to avoid the situation where the various implications would
end up giving the portal user group_user rights.
This risk is avoided by commit f206714af0, which added a constraint
check_one_user_type, which would raise in that specific case.
The last missing piece was 9badedcd98f; when groups are added through settings,
they are added through the implied_groups of the group model.
The (5,) command has the unfortunate side-effect to remove the portal group
from a user if a write is triggered programmatically.
If that happens, then the 'signing up' process end-destination is a 500 error.
Now we simplify the logic that keeping the same behaviour for implied_ids for
internal (group_user) and non-internal users.
We keep the (5,) command in one case: if a user is demoted to portal or public,
he may have groups should be reserved to internal users, but that do not imply
group_user (which would raise).
To avoid that, we remove all its groups, since there is no clear distinction
between technical display groups and actual privilege-granting groups.

The onboarding modal for setting up the few base fields of a company
has now been moved to a wizard
It is accessible from the general settings, but also in the onboarding
section of sale and account modules.
The following company settings are editable with that wizard:
- Set report **layout**:
The user can chose the overall look of the report. The current choices
are : *Standard* (default), *Background*, *Boxed* and *Clean*.
- Set company **logo**:
Changes the company logo.
- Set report **colors**:
The user can set the primary and secondary colors of the report through
a newly added widget allowing to pick a custom color.
When changing the **logo**, colors are automatically set to its most dominant
colors.
> A "Reset colors" button also triggers the color calculation.
- Set report **font**:
Changes the overall font of the report. Only Google Fonts are used
for enhanced compatibility.
- Company **tagline**, also called "header"
- **Footer**
- **Paper format**
- Report **preview**:
A mockup of a final report
Automatically updates when changing **layout**, **logo**, **colors** or **font**

Currently name_search on res_partner holds code to be done by a customized SQL
query allowing to speedup the search [1]. However when dealing with given args
there may be a crash if there is a domain based on user_ids fields.
Indeed this field is defined as auto_join [2]. It means the result of get_sql
returns where parameters based on joined tables. Those tables are not available
in the from clause in the original query.
This commit fixes that issue by correctly taking the from_clause from get_sql.
That way joined tables are available. Small update of the query is necessary
as fields are now res_partner.{id/email/vat/reference} as there may be several
tables linked in the query.
A test has been added to avoid regression.

Avoid sharing of users'groups when writing on multiple users.
When changing groups of multiple users, all implied groups were shared
between written users.

Fixes#26036
Create new methods on `BaseModel` to create records with given xml ids in
batch. Those methods replace the methods `_update` and `_update_dummy` of
model 'ir.model.data', which are now deprecated.
Adapt XML and CSV import code to create records in batch.
Purpose: When running tests, all the tests for the installed/updated
files are done. This commit adds a 'tagged' decorator that can be used to
tag tests. Combined with a new 'test-tags' CLI option, it adds the ability
to filter which tests are executed. For example, @tagged('slow') will
add a tag 'slow' to the test. The CLI option 'test-tags="slow"' will
only run tests tagged 'slow'.
One can use prefixes to select cases with tags.
'+' or no prefix means that the tests tagged with this tag are selected
for execution. '-' prefix will exclude the tests tagged with this tag.
Exclusion takes precedence over inclusion.
Also, by default, all Odoo tests cases are tagged 'standard' and with
the technical name of the module.
This means that when selecting tests with the 'test-tags'
parameter, if '-standard' is not specified, all tests tags are
going to be executed.
When tagging tests, one can remove such automatic tag by prefixing the
tag name with '-'. E.g. @tagged('-standard') will remove the standard
tag from the test.
Another example, if one wants to test the 'sale' module alone,
even without adding any 'tagged' decorator thos tests can be selected
like that: --test-tags="sale"
Tests are selected or deselected using a TagsSelector. When instanciated,
a string is passed with comma separated tests selectors like
'+slow,-standard'. When the 'check' method is called with a test as argument,
it returns True or False if the test has to be executed or not.
Add a method to format a date in a given language. This appears to be
useful since formatting is not always done by QWeb, but also:
- in mail templates
- in formatted strings (error messages, pre-filled text fields)
