Add country != False in main domain will be not the right fix, because if people doesn't activate the sort by country in customize, they are no reason to hide customer without country_id.

Thibault Delavallée eb58572ac2 [IMP][REF] website_customer, website_event, website_livechat, website_sale_delivery, 
website_slides: use the recently introduced website.published.mixin to
replace the website_published and website_url fields defined in various
remaining modules.

In slides, some templates have been updated because share_url was basically
website_url and has been replaced.

David Monjoie e185ad21eb [IMP][REF] website_partner: add published mixin on res.partner object. 
Also added basic controllers on the partner model, allowing to see the public
page of a published partner (or all partners if website manager). The template
was already existing, but the controller was missing. It has been added.

[FIX] website_customer: fix the inheritance of view as the website group has been
removed in the parent view. Also added a breadcrumb fix.

website.snippet: The methods described in javascript will be called automatically from the data-method_name = value on li snippets options. The methods are called in the order relative to children of xml (eg: <li data-method1=value1> ... <li data-method2=value2> ... </ li>, the method1 is then called method2). Methods receive two arguments: type (over, click, reset) and value. data-snippet-id-option becomes data-snippet-id. Several xml options can use the same data-snippet-id.
