Change default input type from website.prompt.
Old default value 'text' had no sense, there are no tag <text>.
If we don't do that, the default options get mixed up with theme modules (including our own theme_bootswatch).
Even worse, when installing any theme (including theme_bootswatch), the menu to change these options is replaced by the new theme one, so you cannot disable the broken options.
This trick allows theme modules to disable the default options so they don't conflict, while restoring the user choices when uninstalling the theme.
It is a technical part of the website, it actually acts like a "Language Widget", I don't see any good reason to not extract it into its own template.
I needed this for a designer who wanted to move the language selection elsewhere, and I realized it was not already in its own template. Worse, we already had a duplication of this content in our own module!
I need this in saas-6 to get rid of the actual third duplications of this content which exists in 8.0 (counting the theme).
It will be useful for the designers so they can call one snippet separately. It also separates the snippets definitions from the panel itself which makes more sense.
