In Messaging, default filters were never loaded because the action
wasn't given as argument to the searchview initialization. The action is
required for the filters to be loaded since rev. 5cd78b891b.
When a message had no author (this is accepted),
a recipient without full_name, name and email address
was added to the suggested recipients of the thread,
leading to a "(no email address)" within the suggested recipients,
which is not really useful.

1. The merge of the "email_template" module into the "mail" module.
2. The send action of the mass mailing has been moved from the frontend to a cron, because it was too slow to send over 10,000 mails (the user's browser was blocked for 15 - 20 minutes). Mass mailings have now their own process in the kanban view.
3. Mails sent from the mail form are sent immediatly instead of from the mail queue (for instance, when you go to sales > customers > list view > select 2 -3 customers > More > Partner Mass Mailing).
4. Users have now the choice from which mailing list they want to unsubscribe when they click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mail.
5. Mass mailings inherit from their campaign UTMs and mass mailing campaigns are linked to an UTM campaign.
6. Many little improvements
- Add a new SystrayMenu widget to improve and facilitate the way
of adding widgets in .oe_systray
- Rendering of the modules menu now waits for the systray and
user menus to be rendered
- A few refactoring of the UserMenu and Menu widgets
If click show more in a flat thread (level 0, such as under leads, issues, etc.) append messages from newer to older
If click show more in an indented thread (level > 0, such as in the messaging wall), append messages from older to newer
This is a small change if measured in lines of code, but is a large
change: it removes the table structure from the web client and use divs
instead. It will likely break a lot of things (some css selectors
will not work), but it should simplify our lives in the future:
closer to being responsive, easier layout computations for the browsers
(and hopefully less discrepencies between the results), simpler html, ...
The mail client actions did not integrate with the search view. (it is actually an ugly hack to fake a view manager and instantiate a search view. of course it was broken when the search view was refactored)
