[MOV] portal,website_mail: move chatter frontend to portal
...
This split responsiblilies :
- portal provides basic chatter for portal document, and
website documents (slides, blog, ...).
- website_mail provides comments moderation (unpublished mail
message)
- website_rating integrate rating when posting comments

[IMP] website_blog : allow multi tags and date filter, clean all the routes, remove group_comment from website_mail (only user and portal can post comment on blog.post, but the form is visible for all), modify the redirect controller to the login form when posting comment, and remove the description field of blog.blog

[REF] website_mail refactoring
...
It is now called website_blog, and not based on mail.group anymore. It uses
document_page module, previously renamed blog.post (see previous commits).
Refactored controllers and views to work with the new model.
Added website_mail module, that holds mail-related stuff necessary
for the website. This is an auto-install module.
