In the currencies list view, the current rate and inverse rate were swapped.
Their strings were also changed to match the string in the form view.
Currency rates were inversed in the currencies list view.

Some of the non canononical timezones are not present in Ubuntu Noble,
it would be a better practice to only use canonical timezones in data
and tests.
Note that this is not a real fix for all cases since the database that
ran on Ubuntu Jammy and are moved to an ubuntu Noble server will have
the issue with timezones already in database.
One of the possible fix would be to manage that during upgrades, but
this isn't a verry flexible solution since upgrade are meant to manage
chyange of version, not change of server. If an old 17.0 versions needs
to be moved to a Noble server, this won't work.
Another solution would be to install package like tzdata-legacy that may
keep the old timezones but it is not the only think since TAI-10 are
also in this package. This solution is not ideal because non canonical
timezone will still be shown in the dropdown. We would need to filter
them.
A last solution would be to add the support for those old timezones by
monkeypatching the lib. This way, only new timezones would be shown but
non canonical one won't crash when used. This is not ideal either
because we may need to keep this for a while. But in combination with
the upgrade solution, it may work proprely.

If a chart was linked to an odoo menu, but the odoo menu didn't have
an action, the user would get a traceback when clicking on the chart.
This commit:
- Improves dashboard validation. Now we test that the menu is linked
to an action, in addition to testing that the menu exists
- Send a "danger" notification when the user clicks on a chart with
a menu without an action linked to it, rather than a traceback

The test added in #120818 was relying on a model that does not depend on
module `spreadsheet, rather the opposite. This information was probably
lost during the forwardport process.
Since the fix concerns `spreadsheet.mixin` and not just
`spreadsheet.dashboard`, it makes sense to test it globally, in a
dedicated test module.

Earlier, receiving data was size of the file which is not what we
want. And we are trying to decode that as they are in binary form. Which
can not working properly.
So refactor code accordingly.

The global filters had to be aware of every type of datasources that it
affected (i.e. pivots, lists and charts). This commit introduces the
possibility for any datasource to register its type in an object handled
by the filters, making the latter agnostic of the different possible
kinds.

used to validate the dashboard data in the test. Take the figure id

use a python test to walk throuhg jsons instead of tours
Tours:
- you need to add one for each dashboard. It's a PITA and it doesn't scale
- they only check visible formulas since formulas are loaded only if they are in the viewport (I'm not even sure what is "visible" in chrome headless)
- they are slow
- can't check fields defined in global filters, links to odoo menu/views
`./odoo-bin --addons-path=../enterprise,./addons -d odoo-db -u --test-enable`
before: `59,76s user 5,78s system 29% cpu 3:43,15 total`
after: `15,12s user 1,20s system 86% cpu 18,912 total`
The Expenses dashboard was broken by https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/98914
But I want to merge this test right now.

The spreadsheet module is moved to the community version
for the upcoming spreadsheet dashboards
This module is the core engine of spreadsheets in Odoo.
It contains `o-spreadsheet` library (o_spreadsheet.js) and all basic
integrations with odoo such as accounting formulas, lists, pivot, filters, etc.
This module alone does not have any action or menu to open a spreadsheet.
Those actions come with `documents_spreadsheet` module or the upcoming
`spreadsheet_dashboard` module.
