This commit adapts account's model to the new report engine introduced for v16, and updates the data files accordingly.
account.report model is now declared in community, together with the other models used by the reporting. This is done so that the tax tags can properly be created by the tax report and used on tax templates. All the actual computation logic stays in enterprise.

Part of odoo/odoo#79615
Since #96791 the currency is reset to USD when starting a test to be
less dependant of demo data when starting tests.
Unfortunatelly, some l10n_modules will add account.move.line demo data
leading to an error:
You cannot change the currency of the company since some journal
items already exist
An initial solution would be to delete the existing account.move.line
cls.env['account.move.line'].search([('company_id', '=', company.id)]).unlink()
This is only possible passing some context flags in order to disable some checks
existing = cls.env['account.move.line'].search([('company_id', '=', company.id)])
existing = existing.with_context(dynamic_unlink=True, force_delete=True)
existing.unlink()
Actually, unlinking account.move.line also creates other ones.
existing = cls.env['account.move.line'].search([('company_id', '=', company.id)])
existing = existing.with_context(dynamic_unlink=True, force_delete=True)
existing.unlink()
existing = cls.env['account.move.line'].search([('company_id', '=', company.id)])
existing = existing.with_context(dynamic_unlink=True, force_delete=True)
existing.unlink()
Finally, it looks easier to bypass all business logic leading to the proposed solution.

Add the possibility to flag a HTML field as `sanitize_overridable`.
The sanitizer will then be bypassed if the user doing the operation is
part of the new group `base.group_sanitize_override`.
The "Settings" users are part of that new group.
If such a user wrote some HTML that would have normally been removed by
the sanitizer, then users without the right to bypass the sanitizer
won't be able to write on that field anymore.
Otherwise, it would sanitize the previously written data.
Such cases are detected, and the modification prevented by the system,
which will warn the user about it.
For instance, with a `field.html(sanitize_overridable=True)`: one being
part of `group_sanitize_override` could write `<script></script>`.
Then, someone not part of the group trying to add an element inside that
field like appending a `<p/>` -> `<script></script><p>New Content</p>`
would not be able to because it would go through the sanitizer and
ultimately, removing part of the original value:
`<p>New Content</p>` (`<script></script>` would be removed).
== Real use case ==
In the website builder, there is 2 editor rights:
- group_website_publisher: restricted editor
- group_website_designer: editor & designer
The designer editor can edit pages and views, while the restricted
editor can't do anything unless he is part of other groups.
In edit mode, the restricted editor will only be able to edit fields of
record he has access to.
For instance, being a sales manager allows you to edit a product
description on the website.
Being an event manager -> edit event. Slide manager -> Slides etc.
As those restricted editor are able to edit those fields, they are
(almost) always sanitized to prevent them to introduce malicious code.
Since those fields are sanitized, even admins / designer editor are not
able to fully use the website builder in such fields.
Some clients don't really care about that sanitation, they'd prefer to
avoid it as they trust their manager and would prefer to have the full
builder capability instead.
This is typically the case in small project (butcher, hairdresser,
reseller etc) and in SMEs.
With the new `sanitize_overridable` feature, they will be able to do
that, as the "Designer & Editor" group now also receive the group
`base.group_sanitize_override` (done in next commit).

*: hr_presence, web_editor.
This commit is part of the websocket integration in Odoo.
It focuses on adapting the bus to support websockets:
- last notification id is now kept on the server
- channel list is built by overriding the `_build_bus_channel_list`
method of the `ir_websocket` model instead of overriding the `_poll`
method of the bus controller.
- The bus presence was updated during polls, since there is no more poll,
bus presence update will be the responsability of the client.
- The `/websocket/peek_notifications`, `/websocket/update_bus_presence`
routes will be available so that odoo sh can access notifications/update presence
from http requests.
- /longpolling routes are now prefixed with /bus thus won't be redirected to the
gevent worker anymore except for `/longpolling/health` which is the
health check route of the gevent server.
Since websocket now handle incoming messages, a way to manage authentication
have been introduced :
- The session is retrieved from the HTTP handshake.
- When a websocket message comes/leaves the session is retrieved
on the file system so that we're sure it still exists and that
it is up to date.
- The session is checked
- If no session is found on the file system or `check_session`
fails, the websocket connection is closed with the `SESSION_EXPIRED`
close code (which is a custom close code: 4001).
- Note that websocket connections are closed every `KEEP_ALIVE_TIMEOUT`
seconds to ensure no websocket connection will stay open if the user
clears its cookies.
- Note that a wsrequest object is available when processing incoming
messages. It is similar to the http request and contains various
useful informations (session, env, ...).
Part-of: odoo/odoo#75510
This commit is part of the websocket integration in Odoo.
It focuses on implementing rate limiting to the incoming
websocket messages. When opening a connection, a burst of messages
is allowed. When requests are received too fast, an exception is
raised and the websocket is closed.
Two config parameters are added to customize the rate limtier
behavior:
- websocket_rate_limit_delay: Integer specifying the seconds that
should space out two requests.
- websocket_rate_limit_burst: Integer specifying how many websocket
frames can be accepted in excess of the specified rate.
Part-of: odoo/odoo#75510
This commit is the first commit of the websocket integration in Odoo.
It focuses on the implementation of the websocket protocol as per RFC6455.
The implementation is tested thanks to the autobahn test suite.
A config parameter is available to customize the websocket connection:
- websocket_keep_alive_timeout (default 600): Integer specifying how
many seconds a websocket connection should be kept alive

This commit adds the possibility to define control action buttons in the
arch of a list view for a x2many. These buttons are action buttons that
will be placed in the same place as the control create ("Add a line").
The goal of this new feature is to offer the possibility to define
buttons that execute actions linked to an x2many.
Here is an example where we define a control create and a control action
button:
<tree>
<control>
<create string="Create" context="{}" />
<button string="Action Button" name="do_something"
class="btn-link" type="object" context="{'parent_id': parent.id}"/>
</control>
<field name="display_name"/>
</tree>

The sequence field is special-cased early on in read_group (_raw): if
the caller requests the aggregation of ``sequence`` that request is
ignored:
if fspec == 'sequence':
continue
This was added a long time ago, probably due to the special-ish status
of `sequence` (summing sequence number doesn't really make much
sense).
The issue is that it's also possible to request ordering by
`sequence`, which requires `sequence` to be one of the aggregated
fields. This is checked in `_read_group_prepare` and triggers a
warning.
This leads to an inconsistent behavior, where the user requests
aggregating & ordering by `sequence`, we remove it from the aggregated
fields, then warn that they didn't aggregate on the field.
Make the behavior consistent by also ignoring requests to order by
`sequence`.

Currently, there is no globally available way to load xsd files.
Modules that use xsd files to validate xml files all load the files with their own methods, but in the end they all do the same thing. It is redundant and hard to maintain. On top of that, new modules that need to load such xsd files need to implement it again.
This commit adds an easy way to load xsd files (either directly .xsd files or from .zip archives) and save them as ir.attachment to use with _check_with_xsd method for xml validation purposes.
It also adds a function to validate an XML file with an XSD. This function allows for a reloading method to be called if the XSD file was not found in database.
In order to avoid excessively downloading XSD files (during tests for instance), the 'skip_xsd' flag can be set to True in the context. This will skip the XSD validation (and thus download).

This revision is to make uniform the behavior of the `groups` attribute
on the Python model fields
and on the node in the view architecture.
In both cases, remove the node from the view completely.
Before this revision,
in a back-end view:
- In the Python model, if a field has the `groups` attribute set
and the user is not part of
the groups, the field is removed, completely, from the view.
- In the view architecture, if a node has the `groups` attribute set
and the user is not part of
the groups, the node is made invisible (not completely removed, just
made invisible).
in a front-end view:
- if a node has a "groups" or "t-groups" set and the user
is not part of the groups, the node is removed from the view.
So it's 2/3 cases removing nodes restricted to a group.
and 1/3 case making invisible nodes restricted to a group.
It's simpler to have a uniform behavior for the 3 cases,
simpler to understandard for developers.
In addition, this will help for the goal to cache back-end views.
It makes possible to convert views using the `groups_id` field
by moving the content of these views directly
in the view to which they add content which is suppose to be completely
removed when the user has not the according group.
By getting rid of the `groups_id` many2many field on `ir.ui.view`,
it makes possible to cache the view architecture without
requiring to use the groups in the cache key.
Currently, if we want to cache the view architecture,
it would be required to use the intersection of the user
groups with the `groups_id` groups of the view,
making it costly to compute the cache key,
therefore altering the performance point to cache the view
architectures.

When a record is created through xml data, its HTML fields should
receive a `type="html"` attribute, not a `type="xml"` attribute.
When important XML data with XML type instead of HTML type will have 2
differences:
- The field value will be prefixed by `<?xml version="1.0"/>`
- If the HTML contains multiple root nodes, the value will be wrapped in

`sudo()`, the superuser privileges are used when searching the record,
but not when searching the related partner. That's because the su flag
is lost during the call to with_user, even if it was to keep the same

For instance, a code like the following wouldn't work if the current
user has no enough rights (e.g. the public user):
self.sudo().search([('partner_id', 'ilike', 'John Doe')])

To reproduce the issue:
(Need stock_barcode)
1. Create a product:
- Barcode: 1234567890123
2. Print the label
3. Try to scan the barcode and check the value read.
Error: The value is 1234567890128, the last digit is incorrect (8
instead of 3)
When printing a barcode, we use the library 'report-lab' to generate a
barcode image from a value and a barcode type. In case of EAN-13, if the
value contains a non-digit character, it will raise an error. We then
catch the error and retry to generate the barcode according to the
barcode type Code128:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/87698d90f02bfe93c6e643f4876a5ccd74788eff/odoo/addons/base/models/ir_actions_report.py#L569-L575
However, if the value contains only digits, the method will use the 12
first digits:
https://github.com/mattjmorrison/ReportLab/blob/dade0f303cb6fcdbe535c4cc92e6102c2417b699/src/reportlab/graphics/barcode/eanbc.py#L187-L188
and will then add the last one, the check digit, which is computed by
the library. This explains why, in the above use case, the barcode value
returned by the scanner is not the same than the expected one.
Note: Similar behavior with type EAN-8

An HTTP Partial Request is a regular GET request with a Range header
that indicate what chunk of the data the browser wishes to download. It
is useful to peek in a video stream or to resume an interrupted
download. The server can respond with a 206 - Partial Content response,
set the appropriate Content-Length and Content-Range headers and only
send a chunk of the data in the body.
Werkzeug's `send_file`, the library function we use to stream files over
http, is fully compliant with partial requests and responses. It
understands the Range request header and create the corresponding
response.
NGINX does also comply with the Range header even via X-Accel-Redirect.
