If you define a report using `<report>` it will implicitly add that
action to a Print menu in the model's views. If you use ``<record>`` to
do the same, that won't happen unless you also set `binding_model_id`.
In older versions that wasn't really an issue because people mainly used
`<report>`, but it was deprecated in 13.5, hence this update. And it
applies to versions older than 13.5 as well, I tested until 11.0.

Since commit 8fa9f7d6d4 refactoring the
actions server, the documentation was outdated.
This commit removes and fixes the documentation on ir.actions.server.
Also adds the display of the docstring of the IrActionsServer class from
odoo.addons.base.models.ir_actions.

With this commit, actions can have a type=fullscreen. This means that
the navbar will be hidden, for the action and for all subsequent actions
open in the breadcrumb
There is no real security behind this, this is just a feature for
convenience, so users can bookmark an url an open some action in a way
that they are not distracted by anything. In short, this is some kind of
light 'kiosk' mode.
Fixes 4 actions where a whitespace was inserted in the view_mode, resulting in
an unknown view_mode (' graph') in the view_switcher.
Also updates the doc to prevent people to think they can insert whitespaces in
the view_mode definition.
Pretty much completely rewritten theme with custom HTML translator and a
few parts of the old theme extracted to their own extensions.
Banner images thought not to be that huge after all, and not worth the
hassle of them living in a different repository.
