The open_action_with_context was not using _for_xml_id, producing an
error when reading the action content.
In open_action, the action_name was taken from the context and needs
sanity checks. Ensure only actions from the account module can be
read and only if the user has access to the target model.
This is a limitation of the previous behaviour but, at the moment, all
known calls are made refering to an action from the account module.
Limit the scope of this method while the 14.0 is still early to avoid
having a door open to ready any action, and difficult to close later.
Remove old action fetching from the context in create_move that is no
longer used.

It happens because `allowed_user_ids` has the group

Since a Project User is allowed to set followers on a task, it is

- Add a portal user as customer;

Before this commit, an Error 403 forbidden was raised, this error occurs
because the task don't have an access token created, this token will be

Before this commit:
The field `planned_hours` and `subtask_planned_hours` are present
twice. This causes problems with widget: different widgets are put
on different fields, but only the last on was put on all of them.
Code to edit label with hours/days is not flexible, we need to
write each possibilities.
After this commit:
All fields are present only once in the view. A new widget is
created to manage days with a factor. In this new widget, instead
of having a toggle button, we can insert a float.
When the widget timesheet_uom is set on a field, we modify his string
with hours/days.

not deducted from the count of the 'sub-tasks' stat button.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Project > Configuration > Settings > Enable 'sub-tasks'
- Go to a Project with sub-tasks enabled, open a task and create a sub-task
- Archive/Delete this sub-task
So in this commit, we applied filter on sub-task which show only active

possible.
* Default method is not called unless necessary.
* Default values are correctly post-processed by the orm when necessary.
- The field `allowed_user_ids` is only accessible to Project Manager.
When trying to duplicate a task, an access right issue is raised
if you are not project manager.
This is due to the fact that when trying to duplicate this field is
read.
To avoid this issue, we specify that this field should be copied thus

The 'stage_id' field is now a stored-editable computed field.
The 'company_id' has been converted to a stored-editable computed field.
The modification of the 'partner_id' field in the onchange method has been
moved and merged into the _compute_partner_id method.
Remove the empty 'onchange' method from the project.task model and also remove
this method call from the sale_timesheet module, which inherits from the project.task model.
Adapt the _compute_partner_id to retrieve exactly the behaviour before the onchange
method deletion.
Update code and tests of the task/subtask partner_id management after discussion with Alexandra to clarify the behavior.
Add the 'multi_edit' attribute to tree views.
Using a few regex like
\((_\(.*%s.*)(\) % )([\w\[\]][\w .\[\]\(\)'"]*)\)
($1, $3))
Old syntax is still compatible but starts the migration to the new
syntax that catches error.
Enabling sub tasks is done through the general settings
but it should be possible to disable/enable it on specific projects.
The current implementation does not allow that since the field
enabling the feature is a readonly, user dependent field.

Purpose
=======
In Project, the configuration has to be done twice: in the settings of the
app and on each project.
During the onboarding, the user won't understand that a feature has to be
enabled at both places and will think that the system just doesn't work.
If the user enabled a feature, he most likely intends on using it for most
of his projects. Therefore, having to do a double configuration for each
new project is annoying.
By the way, sub-tasks is the only global feature (it can't be enabled or
disabled by project), so we are breaking it down by project to remain
consistent with the rest.
Specification
=============
1/ Enable subtasks per project
Before this commit, sub-tasks were a global feature (i.e. once enabled
they were enabled for all projects). This commit gives the ability to
enable/disable sub-tasks per project.
2/ Make project_id on planning required
3/ Change default rating status on new projects
4/ Default value for allow_subtasks
5/ Enable timesheets on existing projects
6/ Hide Total Hours if subtasks are disabled
7/ Create project in the company context.
Otherwise some records generation could use a default company which is not
the company for which we want to create a project.
8/ Default value for allow_forecast, is_fsm
9/ Change reference to timesheet product
10/ Fix tracback on industry_fsm_report.
Before this commit, there was a traceback when enabling "Worksheets"
(industry_fsm_report) after "Time and Material" (industry_fsm_sale).

PURPOSE
Clean posting process and improve mail.message definition and comprehension.
SPECIFICATIONS
In order to be more explicit subtype parameter is renamed to subtype_xmlid.
It therefore clearly indicates it should be a valid subtype Xml ID. Support
of ill formatted Xml IDs is removed because there is no reason to try to
add some random prefix. Give something that exists or go to hell, punk !

PR #38692
Reproduce the issue
- Select a language (done by default)
- Install Project
- Create a project
- Create a task with a formatted date
- Reset the language
- Go on the project
Traceback
Cause
In 7e42c663, I format the date_deadline based on the user's language
but did'nt know that we could have no language selected.
This commit uses the `format_date` method from `odoo.tools.misc`
which fallback on the first language installed if there is no
language selected.

Reproduce the issue
- Install Projects
- Create a project
- Create a task with a deadline
The deadline format is correct in the form view but not in the
kanban view.
Cause
In the kanban view, there is some code applied on the `date_deadline`
field to add a class when the deadline is near.
As it uses a `span` with a `t-esc`, the only way to get the date
is to do `record.date_deadline.raw_value` which return the raw
value of the datetime object (a big string with all the infos).
This commit creates a char field for the formatted date and uses it
only for the display.
