Victor Feyens 546721e441 [REF] product: test infrastructure
* commons & setup refactoring:
  * convert setUp to setUpClass
  * move setups where needed (stock/mrp commons or specific test
classes)
  * create test data in batch (faster, less sql queries & batched
operations)
* move most tests post-install to allow runbot splits
* by default, run tests without mail logic
* by default, run tests in a consistent environment (fixed currency
imposed in the BaseCommon)
* refactor existing tests to use new commons data (while trying to keep
diff reduced)
* add dedicated test file to test the common data
* use mute_logger to reduce useless test logs (less spam to scroll in
logs, less data on runbot builds, ...)

Ahmed Khalaf (ahkh) 32fc7661b3 [IMP] stock: replenishment locations
this commit will allow users to setup replenish locations and replenish
them directly if they have negative forecast
instead of checking forecast qty per warehouse,
this adds the abiltiy to replenish to any internal stock location,
marked as replenish location, instead of just the warehouse location

Martin Trigaux ffc525419a [IMP] base: avoid render with env mixup
The render API was confusing as mixing the access to the report and
the rendering env.

The ambiguity was present for code such as
`report.sudo()._render(record_ids)` where it was not clear if the
`sudo()` is needed to access to `report` or to `record_ids`. For low
priviledge users (such as portal or public), it was common to use
`report.with_user(SUPERUSER_ID)._render(record_ids)`.

This PR changes the render methods signature to be `api.model`. The
`report_ref` can be:
- ir.actions.report external id
- ir.actions.report id
- ir.actions.report recod
- `report_name` value

This will allow to call the report methods with any user and no longer
need to use `with_user(1)` to render reports as public user.

Sébastien Alix bde3474d10 [FIX] stock: package level still 'confirmed' after being canceled
When canceling a transfer, all its moves and move lines having qty done
(if any) are canceled as well. But this doesn't happen on package levels
having such move lines with qty done filled, the state was set to
'confirmed' while all its move lines are 'cancel', which was not
consistent.

Adrien Widart 8482fb8a92 [FIX] stock: avoid putaway rules application with extra-SM
When receiving more than expected, we try to redirect the SM thanks to
the putaway rules. This can lead to undesirable behaviors.

To reproduce the issue:
1. In Settings, enable 'Storage Locations'
2. Create a storable product P
3. Edit the operation type "Receipt":
    - Show Detailed Operations: True
4. Create and confirm a planned receipt for 1 x P
5. In the Detailed Operations:
    - Set the done quantity to 3
    - Set the destination location to Shelf 1
6. Validate the receipt

Error: The destination location of the SML has changed: Stock. It should
still be Shelf 1

When validating the SM, because the done quantity is more than the
demand, an exra-move is created. During such a process, the extra move
is confirmed and assigned, so it leads to the destination redirection
thanks to the putaway rules (that's the reason why the destination Stock
will be selected and defined on the SML).

In such situation, we should not try to apply the putaway rules.

This follows revision
odoo/odoo@9925c8fbaf

if warehouse is specified but not location,
set default location according to the warehouse chosen
(and not the location of the default warehouse, as formerly)

Denis Ledoux 5ccc32fcf7 [IMP] tests: common.Form, can't write on invisible fields
In the web client, in a real use case, it's not possible
to write on fields which are invisible,
as it's not possible to write on fields which are readonly.

This is a first step in the goal to change the behavior
of the `groups=` attribute in the back-end views,
to remove them for the view instead of making them invisible.

This is mainly to reduce the diff of the revision that will introduce
the mentioned above behavior change.

As nodes with `groups=` will be removed from the view
when the user doesn't have the group, it's no longer possible
to set a value on a field having a `groups=` the user doesn't have
in the `Form` test class, as the field will no longer be at all in the
view.
However, these unit tests shouldn't have been able to set values
on invisible fields in the first place.
This revision therefore aims to correct the unit tests setting value
on fields which were invisible because the user executing the
test was not part of the required group(s) for these fields
to be visible in the view.

Denis Ledoux a82a33d4f3 [IMP] stock: convert picking locations onchange to compute
Convert the onchange on `picking_type_id` to a compute field

This allows to create a `stock.picking` record without
the need to specify the locations during the creation nor calling the onchange
method. The locations defaults from the picking type locations.

This way, if the database is not configured to use multi locations,
the users do not have the specify the UOM to use.
For instance during an XMLRPC call to create a picking.

Adrien Widart 2244e9b127 [FIX] stock, mrp: display the forecast symbol for inter-wh SM
To reproduce the issue:
(Let WH01 be the existing warehouse)
1. In Settings, enable "Storage Locations"
2. Create a second warehouse WH02
3. Create a storable product P
4. Create a planned and internal transfer:
    - From: WH01/Stock
    - To: WH02/Stock
    - With: 1 x P
5. Save the transfer
    - Error01: the forecast symbol is green, it should be red
6. Confirm the transfer
    - Error02: idem

Error 01: Because the picking type is internal, we don't consider the
picking as a consuming one. Therefore, we don't reach the line that
define the forecast availability as negative:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/892232b5aef42dd2706cb9d1d027b1c463ca50dd/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L446-L448

Error 02: Fixing the first error is not enough. Thanks to the first
correction, we reach this line:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/892232b5aef42dd2706cb9d1d027b1c463ca50dd/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L449-L450
And we will then call another method to compute the forecast
availability:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/892232b5aef42dd2706cb9d1d027b1c463ca50dd/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L457-L463
However, `_get_forecast_availability_outgoing` won't define any forecast
availability for the move (it won't find any quantity to fulfill the
need). So, when getting the value (`forecast_info[move]`), we will a
have the default values:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/892232b5aef42dd2706cb9d1d027b1c463ca50dd/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L2035
where `result` is the dict returned by
`_get_forecast_availability_outgoing`. Later on, when using the field
`forecast_availability` to render the view: in case of an outgoing
transfer, we use the forecast widget:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/73ab94402878a16c34c0e131818ffc0d2e8da3da/addons/stock/views/stock_picking_views.xml#L393-L394
And it correctly works because we compare the forecast availability with
the demand:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/6eaa4a2ae3b12b244f4c4277ef9cbc172f492f0a/addons/stock/static/src/js/forecast_widget.js#L34

However, in case of an internal transfer, we don't use the forecast
widget:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/3a2ee95c3ddfa0b2cf9383772ba48ebf6d9d5bb2/addons/stock/views/stock_picking_views.xml#L388-L391
And, if `forecast_availability` is equal to zero, it should mean that
there will be just enough stock to fulfill the need [1]. This explains
why the symbol is green.

So, the issue comes from the values returned by
`_get_forecast_availability_outgoing`: it should not set the forecast
availability to zero if there isn't any stock available.

[1] Some tests need to be fixed to respect this definition of
`forecast_availability`

Jérôme Hellinckx 047bfa7536 [IMP] stock: add ask-always-never setting for backorder
In picking type, we introduce a new setting ask-always-never setting for
creating backorder. When a backorder is needed, the behaviour will be
different according to this setting:
 - ask: popup a wizard to ask if a backorder is needed
 - always: generate backorder automatically
 - never: no backorder

The main reasoning behind this change is that there are some scenarios
in which operators always create backorders (e.g. by validating the
transfer after scanning a pallet and setting quantities). Hence, always
asking if the user (operator) wants to create a backorder can be confusing.

Arnold Moyaux 718a8ee554 [FIX] stock: couldn't unreserve mixed tracking stock
- Install stock
- Go to Inventory > Configuration > Settings and enable "Lots" and "Storage Locations"
- Create a Product tracked By Lots (i.e. Product X)
- Go to Inventory > Operations > Inventory Adjustments
- Create an Inventory Adjustment for Product X:

     Product | Location | Lot/SN | Real Quantity
 -------------------------------------------------------------
    Product X | WH/Stock | LOT 01 | 20
    Product X | WH/Stock | | 10

- Validate Inventory
- Go to Inventory > Operations > Transfers and create one:
  * Source Location: WH/Stock
  * Destination Location: WH/Stock/Shelf1
  * Operation Type: Internal Transfers
  * Operations:
[Product: Product X, Initial Demand: 25]
- Save Transfer, Mark As Todo and Check availability
- Click on list icon of Operation line for Product X to display Detailed Operations
- 20 units of LOT 01 and 5 units without lot have been reserved
- Set LOT 01 for the 5 reserved units without lot and confirm
- Open Detailed Operations again
- There are now 20 units of LOT 01 and 5 units of LOT 01
- Remove the row with 5 units and confirm
- Check availability and open Detailed Operation
- There is now only a row with 25 reserved units of LOT 01
- Unreserve
The following errror is raised:
"It is not possible to unreserve more products of P than you have in stock."

It happens because the system is not able to manage quants with lots and
wihtout lots at the same time. When modifying the move line to 25
reserved units. It's composed of 20 quants with lot and 5 quants without
lot. And when unreserving it will check if there is a quants with 25
units with the lot and if it's not found 25 units without lot. But never
25 units of quants with lots and without lots.

Adrien Widart c7072eaba6 [FIX] stock: compute forecasted inventory with inter-wh
When moving some products between two warehouses thanks to an internal
transfer, the forecasted inventory becomes incorrect

To reproduce the issue:
1. In Settings, enable "Multi-Warehouses"
2. Let WH01 be the existing warehouse. Create a second one WH02
3. Create a storable product P
4. Update the quantity of P:
    - 3 in WH01/Stock
5. Create a planned and internal transfer T:
    - Source: WH01/Stock
    - Destination: WH02/Stock
        - Ignore the warning
    - Operations:
        - 1 x P
6. Mark T as todo
7. Open the Forecasted Inventory:
    - Filters:
        - Forecasted Stock
        - Product: P
    - Group By: Warehouse

Error: The report is incorrect, it says there are 3 P in WH01 and 0 in
WH02 (should be 2 and 1). It becomes worst if T is done (the quantities
in the past become incorrect)

We should be able to move a product between two warehouses thanks to an
internal transfer (so the warning of the step 5 should be removed).
Moreover, the `report.stock.quantity` should consider that use case.

When processing a stock move, the SQL view translates it as an in-move
or out-move for a specific warehouse. For instance, if the SM comes from
a warehouse and goes to a location without any warehouse (e.g., customer
location), the SM is considered as an out-move. But here is the issue:
in case of an inter-warehouse SM, both source and destination have a
defined warehouse.

Therefore, we need to:
- Duplicate the inter-warehouses SM (so we have one in and one out)
- Fake the values (no destination warehouse for the out move, no source
warehouse for the in move)

Also, before duplicating all SM, we filter out some useless SM:
- Draft and cancelled ones
- SM done more than 3 months ago (because the report only works for [-3
months; +3 months])

Considering some tests:
(SM are confirmed. Each test has been repeated 5 times to get an
average)

| | |
| 6666 SM, 0% inter-wh, without the fix | ~911 ms |

| 7500 SM, 0% inter-wh, without the fix | ~1004 ms |
| 5000 SM, 50% inter-wh, with the fix | ~1097 ms |

Adrien Widart 56ea31a9ed [FIX] stock: auto-reserve after last step of multi-step receipt
The auto-reserve feature does not work if the products are received in
several steps

To reproduce the issue:
1. In Settings, enable "Multi-Step Routes"
2. Edit the existing warehouse:
    - Incoming Shipments: 2 steps
3. Create a storable product P
4. Create and confirm a SO with 1 x P
    - The delivery D is created and is waiting for one available P
5. Create and validate a receipt for 1 x P
    - An internal transfer T is generated (Input -> Stock)
6. Validate T
7. Open D

Error: The delivery is still waiting for the product while this product
should be reserved. This is correctly working in 1-step receipt

In 1-step receipt, when the user marks the receipt as done, the
destination of the associated SM is WH/Stock and its operation type code
is "incoming". Therefore, the module checks if some other moves (from
WH/Stock) can reserve the newly-available quantity.
However, in [2/3]-steps receipt, the operation type code of the
in-WH/Stock move is "internal". So, the conditions are not respected and
the module doesn't check the needs of reservation.

The preferred route (route_id) is defined as the first element of the routes defined for the produc which is wrong.

Solution:
Filter the route_ids by selecting the route for which the supplied warehouse is equal to the warehouse selected for the orderpoint.

Note:
1) The test in "test_bom" has been modified because it was using the wrong flow (a route should have been set by default)

Adrien Widart 5fdd2d178a [FIX] product: search on template's default code
When filtering on product templates with a negative operator, the
result

is incorrect

To reproduce the issue:
(Need mrp)
1. Create two products P_compo, P_finished:
    - Internal Reference:
        - P_compo: 123
        - P_finished: 456
2. Create a BoM:
    - Product: P_finished
    - Components:
        - 1 x P_compo
3. Manufacturing > Master Data > Bills Of Materials
4. Remove search filters and apply this custom one:
    - "Product doesn't contain 456"

Error: P_finished's BoM is still in the list, but '456' is the internal
reference of P_finished, so this BoM should not be displayed

The filter is applied on the field `product_tmpl_id` of the BoM, which
leads to the override of `_name_search` in `product.template`. In this
method, a call to the `_name_search` of `product.product` is executed:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/5ff4eb022757d7a522ccb975f8eb64053ef9780b/addons/product/models/product_template.py#L456
which is a good thing because the version of `product.product` handles
the case of the Internal Reference (`default_code`)
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1e8982e4cf6b604e4da2773f10bdf6cf94c7e683/addons/product/models/product.py#L532-L538
So, the call to this `_name_search` will not return P_finished. However,
later on in the `_name_search` of `product.template`, we call the
`_name_search` of `super` with the same domain (i.e., 'not 456 in name')
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/5ff4eb022757d7a522ccb975f8eb64053ef9780b/addons/product/models/product_template.py#L474-L485
This is the issue: it leads to the `_name_search` of `BaseModel`, which
is the classic version: it does only consider the record's name. So,
this call will return P_finished.

In the `_name_search` of `product.template`, there are actually two
calls to `super`. Considering the commits [1] and [2], it seems that the
goal is the same in both cases: find the `product.template` that do have
any variant yet. However, in the first commit, the domain given to
`super` excludes the templates that have at least one variant, which is
not the case with the second commit (the "problematic" one).

Since both codes have the same goal, we should merge them by keeping the
best idea of each one. From [1], we keep the idea of restricting the
domain: we only look for templates that do not have any variant.
However, this domain needs to be improved: we need to include the
templates whose all variants are archived. From [2], we keep the idea of
looking for the templates outside the `while True` loop. This allows us
to do the search only if required.

Adrien Widart 5a2edc50ea [FIX] stock: receive products with detailed operations
A recursion error may appear when a user receives a product.

To reproduce the issue:
1. Create a tracked-by-usn product P
2. Create an immediate receipt for P
3. In the Detailed Operations wizard, add a line and Confirm

Error: An Odoo Server Error is raised (`RecursionError`)

[1] When confirming the wizard, a new SML is created. In the creation
method, we define the `product_uom_qty` of the associated SM:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1b1b320c4b8a0c08d156e569216cbea1100fb1bb/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L294
[2] In the writing method of the SM, because we are defining
`product_uom_qty`, we unreserve and assign again the SM:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1b1b320c4b8a0c08d156e569216cbea1100fb1bb/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L606-L607
[3] In the assigning method, because there isn't any need, it quickly
lead to
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1b1b320c4b8a0c08d156e569216cbea1100fb1bb/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L1487-L1488
i.e., the SM is considered as assigned and flagged to be redirected
[4] In the redirection method (`_apply_putaway_strategy`), we define the
new destination location of the SML.
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1b1b320c4b8a0c08d156e569216cbea1100fb1bb/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L230
[5] Because of this, in the writing method of the SML, we define again
the `product_uom_qty` of the SM:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/1b1b320c4b8a0c08d156e569216cbea1100fb1bb/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L461-L462
This brings us back to step 2 => Recursion

In the writing method of the SM (step 2), we can prevent the "unreserve
& reserve again" step thanks to a key-context: `do_not_unreserve`.

Adrien Widart 18e6be5d08 [FIX] stock: apply putaway strategy on packages
The putaway strategies are not correctly working with packages

To reproduce the issue:
1. In Settings, enable:
    - Multi-Step Routes
    - Storage Categories
    - Packages
2. Create a Storage Category SC:
    - Allow New Product: mixed
    - Max Weight: 100 kg
    - Capacity by Package:
        - 1 x Pallet
3. Create two locations L1, L2:
    - Parent: WH/Stock
    - Type: Internal
    - Storage Category: SC
4. Create a putaway rule:
    - When in: WH/Stock
    - Package type: Pallet
    - Store to: WH/Stock
    - Having Category: SC
5. Edit the warehouse:
    - Incoming Shipments: 2 steps
6. Create a product P:
    - Type: Storable
    - Weight: 1 kg
7. Create a planned receipt R:
    - To: WH/Input
    - Operations:
        - 100 x P
8. Mark R as Todo
9. Create two packages:
    - 50 x P in PK01 (! PK01 must be a Pallet)
    - 50 x P in PK02 (! PK02 must be a Pallet)
10. Validate R
11. Open the related internal transfer T
    - Error [1]: Both packages are redirected to L01, but the capacity
by package is 1 x Pallet. PK01 should be redirected to L01 and PK02 to
L02
12. Set the done quantity of PK01
    - Note: PK01 is now redirected to L02
13. Set the done quantity of PK02
    - Error [2]: PK02 is also redirected to L02. Again, it violates the
package capacity constraint

**Context**

When validating the receipt (step 10), it creates a picking
Input->Stock. The module then tries to assign some quantities, which
leads to `_prepare_move_line_vals` for each package. In this method,
`_get_putaway_strategy` is called to define the best destination of each
stock move line:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/d55a99ff2d2f7b8d44cde1db3b6d48cdaac1cd3a/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L1313
The computation of the best location is in 3 phases:
- Phase 01: `_get_putaway_strategy` finds the relevant putaway rules and
computes the current and forecasted stock related to the current
package/product
- Phase 02: `_get_putaway_location` checks if, considering the putaway
rule and the current package/product, a location can be used
- Phase 03: `_check_can_be_used` checks if a location can receive a
package/product (considering the weight and the capacity constraints)

**Error 01**

During the first phase, in case of a package, the forecasted quantities
are computed by searching all SML that have the same package type:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/4bae10e0d960e5b80055e0e44056493238e552d3/addons/stock/models/stock_location.py#L258-L263
This can not work. The SML used to move the product in PK01 (from Input
to Stock) is created but its field `result_package_id` is not yet
defined. This operation will be done at the of the assign process,
thanks to:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/d55a99ff2d2f7b8d44cde1db3b6d48cdaac1cd3a/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L1547
So, during the first phase, when searching a location for PK02, the
computations are not aware that PK01 is already sent to L01. This
explains the error [1].

**Error 01 (Other examples)**

Considering how it is currently working, we could imagine another
problematic use case: 2 different products on the same package. Since
there is one SML per product, `_prepare_move_line_vals` will be called
twice (as well as the putaway strategy process). It may lead to two
different locations while the product are on the same package.

**Error 02**

When setting the done quantity, an onchange method is triggered:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/4202e46a8313fa9f1487d372ef0cb771f769be8d/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L200-L208
and tries to find the best location, considering the done quantity. As
said before, during the first phase, it looks for the current and
forecasted stock of a location. Since it will find the SML we are
writing on, the parameter `additional_qty` is used to subtract the
quantity of this SML (we need to ignore the current SML's quantity). But
here is a new issue:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/4202e46a8313fa9f1487d372ef0cb771f769be8d/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L217-L222
`_get_putaway_additional_qty` returns the quantity of products while the
first phase is looking for the quantity of packages. As a result, we do
some operations between products and packages:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/4bae10e0d960e5b80055e0e44056493238e552d3/addons/stock/models/stock_location.py#L290-L292
`qty_by_location[location_id]` is 2 (i.e. PK01 and PK02) for L01 while
`qty` is `-50` (i.e. the 50 products of the current SML), so the value
becomes `-48`. This can not work properly because the value doesn't have
sense anymore. Later on, during the third phase:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/4bae10e0d960e5b80055e0e44056493238e552d3/addons/stock/models/stock_location.py#L340-L346
The forecasted weight is not subtracted by the quantity of the current
SML. So the weight is exceeded, this is the reason why the destination
of PK01 becomes L02 on step 12 (it will be the same on step 13)

**Additional error**

Suppose the user is receiving a tracked product (suppose qty > 1). When
confirming the picking, several SMLs are generated to "reserve" the
quantity from the customer:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/d55a99ff2d2f7b8d44cde1db3b6d48cdaac1cd3a/addons/stock/models/stock_move.py#L1469-L1471
Later on, thanks to the wizard `stock.assign.serial`, the user generates
all USN. However, because the option `show_reserved` is disabled, the
wizard creates some new SMLs. But here is the issue, the SMLs created
during the assign process are already existing. Therefore, when looking
for the best location (for the new SMLs), the existing SMLs will disturb
the result (`_get_putaway_strategy` will find these SMLs and think that
some products are already incoming in some locations)

**Solutions**

- We should compute the best locations once all SMLs are created (and
linked with their package)
- In case of a package with a type, we should try to find the best
location for the package itself, not for each product of the package
- When calling the putaway strategy process, we should provide the
SML(s) to exclude instead of providing some quantities. This will
prevent subtracting products with packages and allow the correct
calculation of the forecasted weight for each location
- When creating a putaway rule, we ensure that the option
`show_reserved` of the destination location is enabled

Merlin (megu) d3e4fce07c [FIX] stock: correct total ordered quantity on delivery slip
The total ordered quantities on a delivery slip with order lines of the
same product was wrong + this PR
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/83591 was incorrect, the undelivered
products should be displayed once

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the Sales and Inventory app
2. Create and confirm a sale order with two order lines, both with the
same product
3. Go to the delivery and confirm it with all demands met
4. Print the delivery slip
5. The ordered quantity of the product is wrong, it should be equal to
the delivered quantity

Solution:
Use all empty moves in package-less products
`qty_ordered` = `qty_done` when in a package (the potential remaining
quantities will be displayed in the package-less products or in the
backorder section) or when there is no backorder (as the undelivered
products will either be added to the package-less products section or
the ordered quantity will be incremented later)
If we are not in a package and there is a backorder, adapt the ordered
quantity to remove the quantity of the packages considered before
Convert `qty_done` to the UoM of the stock move

Touati Djamel (otd) 30f3f8d816 [FIX] stock: use inventory adjustment name as a reference
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Create a storable product “Test”
- Go to inventory > Operations > Inventory Adjustments
- Add a new line > Choose the “Test” product > Qty = 1*
- Select this line > Click on the “Apply” button
- You have the possibility to enter an “Inventory Reference / Reason”
- Go To reporting > stock moves

Problem:
The reference is “Product Quantity Updated” instead of the inventory adjustment name.

In the "action_apply" function, we give the name in the context: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/15.0/addons/stock/wizard/stock_inventory_adjustment_name.py#L27

So that it is then used when creating the `stock.move`: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/15.0/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L800

But the context is destroyed here because we give a dict instead of a key : https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/15.0/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L296

Solution:
Remove the context override because it was done here: #83884
with the explanation that it's due to the write being called too many times here:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8b155b695823dfa954464ad0d5dd07445ece2471/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L244-L248

Adrien Widart e54ea32283 [FIX] stock: set default value for inventory_quantity_set
When a quant is creating, for instance thanks to an internal transfer,
some of these computed fields will have an incorrect value

To reproduce the issue:
1. In Settings, enable "Storage Locations"
2. Create a storable product P
3. Update P's quantity: 100 P in WH/Stock
4. Process an internal transfer
    - From: WH/Stock
    - To: WH/Stock/Shelf 1
    - Operations: 10 x P
5. Consult the on hand quantities of P

Error: There is a new line with 10 x P in WH/Stock/Shelf 1, which is
correct. However, the Counted Quantity field is defined and equal to 0,
and so does the Difference field with a value of -10. These two fields
should not be shown.

When validating the internal transfer, a new quant is created for the
location "Shelf 1". However, there isn't any value for the field
`inventory_quantity_set`. Therefore, at the end of the transfer
validation process, when the `flush` method is called, since
`inventory_quantity_set` is a computed field, its `compute` method is
called and define the value to `True`:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8b155b695823dfa954464ad0d5dd07445ece2471/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L134-L136
This explains why, on front-end, the Counted Quantity and Difference
fields are displayed.

Adrien Widart 1ae9a47683 [FIX] stock: update qty in inventory report mode
It is currently not possible to update the quantity of a product from
the inventory report

To reproduce the issue:
1. Create a storable product P
2. Update its on hand quantity to 100
3. Inventory > Reporting > Inventory Report
4. On the line for P, update to quantity to 75

Error: The quantity becomes 0 instead of 75

When setting the quantity from the inventory report, the client calls
the `write` method with the context key `inventory_report_mode` defined
and equal to `True`
This `write` leads to `_set_inventory_quantity` which triggers
`action_apply_inventory` (without disabling the context key!):
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8b155b695823dfa954464ad0d5dd07445ece2471/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L150-L158
At the end of the inventory update, it resets the field
`inventory_quantity` to 0:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8b155b695823dfa954464ad0d5dd07445ece2471/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L592
To do so, the `write` method is called again and here is the issue:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8b155b695823dfa954464ad0d5dd07445ece2471/addons/stock/models/stock_quant.py#L244-L248
Once `inventory_quantity` is updated, since `inventory_report_mode` is
still in the context and equal to `True`, `action_apply_inventory` is
called again. Then, when applying again the inventory, it will consider
the value of `inventory_quantity` (i.e., `0`) to define the new
quantity.

Goffin Simon e91b00d053 [FIX] sale_mrp, stock, stock_account: Decimal Accuracy in Inventory report & Valuation report
Steps to reproduce the bug:

- Go to Settings > Technical > Decimal Accuracy
- Change Unit of Measure to 4 digits
- Go to Inventory report or Valuation report

Bug:

The decimal accuracy in Valuation report for quantity or reserved quantity was in two digits instead of four digits
The decimal accuracy in Inventory report for qty_at_date was in two digits instead of four digits

PS: In stock move report or stock move line report, the decimal accuracy of quantity fields are in four digits

By default digits of Product Unit of Measure is 3, that's why some test had to be modified

Tiffany Chang (tic) 4bb27c2313 [FIX] stock: correct unassigning moves in reception report
Fixes a couple of things;

1. Backorder use case when unassigning a move in reception report.
To reproduce:

- Create a Delivery w/ Demand = 8 of a stored product not in stock
- Create a Receipt w/ Demand = 10 of the product
- Assign 8 of product to delivery (don't forget to activate Reception
  Report in settings
- Mark 4 of product as done > mark as done > create a backorder
- Open reception report in backorder (shows 6 instead of 4, this is a
known limitation of reception report) + unassign + close report
- Reopen report + assign 4
- Finish the backorder

Expected result: Delivery has 2 moves totaling a demand and reserved
  amount of 8
Actual result: Delivery has 2 moves where 1 is fully reserved but the
other isn't and cannot be reserved (even though product in stock).

Issue was due to move split during unassign not taking into account that
the amount being unassigned could be greater than the amount still
assigned (due to backorder amount > demand qty since it doesn't know how
much was done in the original receipt). This would lead to the move
linked to the original receipt's move expecting a greater quantity from
the original move (and therefore not reserving any more quantities.)

2. Trying to unassign from an already done move. (i.e. backordered move
from above unassigned after the delivery is already done) isn't allowed,
so in case of unassigning from a done move, we don't do a split.

3. In case of failure of unassigning, fail gracefully (i.e. don't switch
button status since this is misleading).

Adrien Widart 716bc63dd2 [FIX] stock: filter quants when updating qty
In some cases, when making an inventory adjustment, the `in_date` of the
new quant will be incorrect

To reproduce the issue:
(Let D01 be the current date)
1. Create a storable product P
2. Set its quantity to 1
3. Process a delivery order with 1 x P
4. Set the date in the future
    - Let D02 be this date
5. Make an inventory adjustment with 1 x P

Error: The `in_date` of the quant (for P in the stock location) is D01
instead of D02 (can be observed either directly in PSQL, on the form
view of the quant (via Locations > Current Stock), or by adding the
field on the tree view)

When validating the stock adjustment, at some point, the module calls
`_action_done` on a SML (1 x P from Inventory Adjustment to the Stock
Location). To do so, it decreases the quantity of the origin location
and increases the quantity of the destination location thanks to
`_update_available_quantity`:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/b4a9e5b8307ab1b730effe2de23f15260326ef6c/addons/stock/models/stock_move_line.py#L485-L493
But here is the issue: when decreasing the quantity in the virtual
location (Inventory Adjustment), it finds an old quant (the one from
step 2 in above use case). It then stores its `in_date` (D01) and since
this date is before the current one (D02), D01 is kept, used to update
the quant quantity and returned in `action_done`. As a result, when
increasing the quantity in the stock location,
`_update_available_quantity` is called with the parameter `in_date`
defined and equal to D01. Again, D01 will be the earliest date, so the
date will be used to create/update the quant in stock location.

Steps to reproduce:
-Create a quote with 2 lines (same product - different lead time).
-When a partial delivery is made (e.g., 5 of 10), Odoo places the operation related to the remaining undelivered quantity (5), on the last line in the Operations list.
-When the next delivery is made, Odoo deducts the quantity from the first operation in the list instead of from the line whose deadline is closest.

Current Behaviour :
Odoo assign button assign quantity to the first move line in the list.

Behaviour After the PR:
Odoo assign button assign quantity to a move line based on the priority, the closest deadline and the id.
