The mock of sendone/many was relying on the bus_service. Since owl.Component.env
is changing during tests setup, the bus_service was not always defined. In order
to make this more reliable, the longpolling/poll route is now mocked, returning a
promise that can be resolved by the sendone/many methods.

The way the code has evolved, `create` is now no more than an
unnecessary indirection for `insert`.

The new list and form views were merged recently [1], but they
weren't activated because they weren't 100% ready yet. This is now
the case. This commit adds those views to the view registry. As a
consequence, a lot of qunit tests and tours needed to be adapted,
mostly for selector changes.
We also add legacy list and form views to the view registry, with
keys 'legacy_list' and 'legacy_form'. This allows to force those
legacy views when necessary. For instance, we did it in views
using complex custom legacy x2many field widgets that haven't been
converted yet (we have a compatibility layer but it isn't complete
and doesn't support every advanced usecases).

The deprecated exists check(located in getFieldValue (ModelManager)) is removed,
but a lot of tests will fail after removing this check because it will try to
read fields after records are deleted. So added some missing exists checks.

This commit makes various adapations in addons with respect to
the introduction of the owl kanban view. Mainly, some selectors
in scss and in tests needed to be adapted. Moreover, in some tests
that we haven't adapted yet, we must ensure that legacy form and
list views are still used (useLegacyViews).
It also contains some adaptations in kanban templates, e.g. the
replacement of moment by luxon, the removal of underscore...

Emails could not be resent from the chatter after failing to be sent.
This was due to parts of code not being updated after a refactoring of OWL.
Multiple other instances of non-updated code are updated here.

The alt of images can be displayed slightly after the programatic
scroll which means the scroll height we set and the one we assert
are slightly different (the client height have changed). In order
to solve this issue, all alt attributes are replaed by data-alt
during tests. The src attribute is removed as well to make sure
images won't trigger a GET request on the server.

Inner `afterNextRender` could potentially resolve/reject after the test has
already ended due to missing await (arrow function with bracket is sync).
This will prevent tests from overlapping each other.

PURPOSE
The attachment icon in the chatter is too discrete, a lot of users easily miss
it.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Allow for file upload through drag and drop and the whole chatter.
It doesn't matter whether the file tray is unfolded.
Hence, removed DropZone on attachmentBox as now have DropZone on
the whole chatter.
- On the file tray, rename "Attachments" to "Files" and
"Add attachments" to "Attach files".
- When there are files attached to the record, display "X files".
- when there is no file yet, display 'Attach files'. Although clicking on it
opens the file explorer, but doesn't unfold the tray yet. Once the file is
submitted, the file tray unfolds to show confirmed upload to the user.

Top level components should always be wrapped in containers since they have to receive
a record comming from messaging. To do that, we need to wait for messaging to be initialized.
In the PR introducing the new environment in the discuss app, some of those components will
be passed to the main_component registry, messaging won't be ready yet. In order to ease the
transition, the last components missing a wrapper have been wrapped.

Since (at least) Chrome 94+, some element's sizing computation returns a
slightly different value (in the order of a fraction of a pixel). Sadly,
due to rounding, this difference has an impact on exact sizing
assertion.
As the difference is *really* small, introducing a margin of error (i.e.
<= 1px) looks reasonnable ; as implemented in this commit. More
specifically as Element.scrollHeight can have either an int or a decimal
value (cf. fractional-scaling), this commit allows to property handle
both usecases.
