It seems louche to use media-breakpoint-between(lg, xl,
$o-extra-grid-breakpoints) as in $o-extra-grid-breakpoints there is an
XXL value.
In short, in XXL mode the padding fallback to the value outside the
breakpoint (twice smaller).

This commit makes various adapations in addons with respect to
the introduction of the owl kanban view. Mainly, some selectors
in scss and in tests needed to be adapted. Moreover, in some tests
that we haven't adapted yet, we must ensure that legacy form and
list views are still used (useLegacyViews).
It also contains some adaptations in kanban templates, e.g. the
replacement of moment by luxon, the removal of underscore...

When the duration of an approved time off is changed from the time off dashboard,
the holiday_status_id field is no longer editable in the form, only the duration of the leave.
This causes a traceback due to the custom form controller to update the name of the time off type
based on the allocations available.

When the user is set in another timezone than the context timezone, the first or last work interval retrieved to calculate the number of days
between two dates is starting later or ending earlier depending on the user timezone.
The number of days displayed between two dates is therefore not an integer.
e.g.
A time off taken between 08/06/2021 and 10/06/2021 (timezone in the context is Europe/Brussels) will give:
- Number of days: 3 days if the user is in Europe/Brussels
- Number of days: 2.69 if the user is in Asia/Calcutta (first work interval starting later)
- Number of days: 2.5 if the user is in US/Pacific (last work interval ending earlier)

This PR helps reducing the noise in the one intorducing the new environment
in the discuss app. Indeed, there won't be widget anymore since createWebClient
will always be used. createXXXComponent methods were relying on widget.el to
mount the components. Let's already replace it by target.

Prior to this commit branded UI components were styled exclusively in
raw SCSS using the '$o-brand-odoo' variable.
This leaded to unnecessary code repetitions since, to achieve the same
visual result, each module defined its own classes.
Visual inconsistencies were frequent too since each module defined its
own variations for interactive states (eg :hover).
This commit injects '$o-brand-odoo' into bootstrap's default
'$theme-color' map, allowing the framework to automatically generate
odoo utility/contextual classes.
These classes can be used to handle text, backgrounds, borders and
buttons wherever needed.

The commands `replace`/`clear` are easier to understand, and also clearly tells what’s the expected resulting value of this field.

- The dashboard list view is replaced by a kanban view.
- When you have a time off with a joined document when you click on it, the attachment view is now kanban and not list. The dropdown in the kanban card allows to download the file.

- Be in multi-company
- Create a time off type with duration in hour and no company_id
- Create an instance of this type on company A with a user linked
to company A (need access to both)
- Switch to company B
Current Behaviour:
- Traceback
- Cannot fetch user's calendar if content of company A is not checked
for convertion from Days to Hour
Behaviour after PR:
- We only fetch if the user related to the leave is in allowed_companies
-> only fetch if the user data is available
- This is also true if duration is in Days/Half-Days (GMF Approved)

In the dashboard of Time Off, when clicking on New Time Off, there is a difference of
one day between the start and end date and the duration of the time off shows one day.
By default, when clicking on the New Time Off button, the start and end date should be
the same with a duration of one day.

- Update the tooltip of phone number in the send sms wizard
- Avoid the employee name to be displayed on two lines on mobile if the name is too long. Reduce the font size instead
