Since Odoo v15, user can rename invoice to a custom value. Odoo automatically
detects `sequence_number` for the new name. If no number is detected, the
`sequence_number` is set to zero. In this edge case, method
`_is_end_of_seq_chain` doesn't work and raises an exception, because `last_rec` is
empty, while `_get_last_sequence` has constrain `self.ensure_one()`.
Fix it by allowing `last_rec` with zero `sequence_number`.
STEPS:
* Create invoice
* Confirm
* Reset to Draft
* Rename invoice to "Test"
* Save
* Try to delete the invoice
BEFORE: ensure_one error
Once it's fixed, we face another problem: User Error *You cannot delete this entry, as it
has already consumed a sequence number and is not the last one in the chain. You
should probably revert it instead.*
It happens because `sequence_prefix` is computed as empty string, while
`_get_last_sequence` method ignores empty values. Fix it by allowing search by
empty string too.
AFTER the two changes user can delete draft invoice

By trying to avoid concurrency issues while assigning the sequence [1],
we are locking too many operations even when not in the process of
assigning a new number.
* when computing `highest_name`, we don't need to lock as this is mostly
an information on the form that can possibly change anyway while the
form view is open (without any lock anymore)
* when computing the accounting date, we don't need to lock, the only
information we want is the format of the sequence (yearly, monthly, no
reset), which is not likely to change on a same journal.
* when changing the `journal_id`, it is only a helper for encoding, if
there is a concurrency error it will be shown during the post anyways.
Also same argument as for `highest_name`

`_deduce_sequence_number_reset` should be used on maximum one record.
That function is called from `_get_sequence_format_param` in
`_is_end_of_seq_chain` but that function was possibly calling it on
multiple ids.

In order to prevent holes in the sequence, a constraint is checking that
only the last number of the chain is removed.
This commit extends that to a batch of records by checking that:
* the last number of the sequence is part of the batch
* the batch is sequential (there are no holes in it)

Steps to repodruce:
- Install 'Accounting' module
- Set user language to French
- Create journal entry
- Set a date before 2000. Example : 01/01/1999
- Insert some journal items
- Save the journal entry
Issue:
Error message is raised :
```The journal entry cannot be saved : "The Date (01/01/1999) doesn't match the Numéro (OPD/1999/01/0001).```
Cause:
Incomplete regex: parsing only years who begin with 20 or 21.
Solution:
Add 19 to regex to allow years like '19XX'.
We don't check anymore that a move has been posted before in order to allow its deletion. Instead, we look at its sequence: if it's set and is not at the end of the sequence chain it belongs to, we know removing the move will create a gap, whatever the move state, so we forbid it.
If the user really wants to remove the move anyway, it is possible, by manually emptying the name of the move to delete. This way, he won't have any sequence anymore, and will be deletable. Users should however, rather rely on move cancellations and reversals, just for the sake of a cleaner accounting.
Allow creating a journal entry in the past after having changed the
sequence number reset on newer sequences.
Databases that already have issues are not able to fix the issues
because it is impossible to reset the items to draft in order to change
the date/sequence. Or do anything else, really.
By allowing to bypass the constraint before a certain date, users can
now edit problematic documents.
Disabling the constraint will however make it possible to entirely
break the sequences; use it with the lowest possible date.
Before, if we had PREFIX/9 and PREFIX/10, the highest number was the
lexicographic order, leading to proposing PREFIX/10 again and again.
Because of performances, we can't execute the regex in the SELECT query
and we need to store it in the database. This will allow to do an
indexed search.
1/ In the accounting dashboard, maximum one primary button per box
2/ In all boxes : "Sample data" must be removed. (Too obvious)
3/ In the configuration of Accounting Periods
* Opening date and fiscal year end must be on a same line.
* Remove the button "Configure your tax accounts".
4/ "Configure your tax accounts" is still available in the settings.
* But also make it available while doing the Tax Report Entry, if an
error message pops up.
5/ Chart of Account (list view)
* Captital D for opening Debit/Credit
* Rename "Name" into "Account Name"
6/ While génerating an Invoice
* Rename "Post" button into "Confirm"
* Check that the incremental number is added as a suffix of the name
of the bill ; not as a prefix
7/ Vendor Bill (list view)
* Status must appear as a Tag ; like it is already done in "Payment
State"
* Rename "Payment State" into "Payment Status"
8/ Bank journals
* On the bank journal level, if bank feed is set to synchronization,
then while selecting that journal from the accounting dashboard, then
directly go to the statement lines rather than the bank statement
itself.
* In the bank statement's account moves, remove the button duplicate.
It is enough to have it in the actions.
Task 2146469
Rework the name computation:
* It doesn't use ir.sequence anymore
* It is an editable computed field
* Add a renaming tool
This allows the user to tweak the sequences more easily than having to
get through the ir.sequence settings.
The sequence depends on a parameter of the journal: continuous, montly
and yearly restart of the sequence. Everytime a new period is started,
try to make a pattern form another period.
The incrementing is done by taking the previous name, ordered
lexicographically, splitting it by taking the digits at the end, adding
1 and re contstruct with the prefix.
** This means there could be cases where the prefix has a big importance
on the next number. For instance, if you have
INVOICE/2019/0001
INVOICE/2019/0002
and then rename the last one to INV/2019/0002, don't expect the next
number to be INV/2019/0003. It will be INVOICE/2019/0002 (again) because
the highest number was INVOICE/2019/0001.
You will then end up with
INVOICE/2019/0001
INV/2019/0002
INVOICE/2019/0002
