The goal is to remove confusion between Invoicing and Accounting.
The current setting "Show Full Accounting Features" is confusing
and leads users to believe they have a full accounting package
in community, which is not true.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Have user A with B2B group.
- Have user B with B2C group.
- Add simultaneously on both - via write - another group (or call `_check_one_user_type`).
Expected result:
- No problem
Got result:
- Error "A user cannot have both Tax B2B and Tax B2C..."
That's because the check is performed for more than one user each time, while it has
to be record per record. The implementation of `_has_multiple_groups` actually
checks if the passed recordset is only one record, and if not, it looks directly for all
existing users, so also the case of both users A and B being in the same B2x group, but
having a 3rd user in the other group will fail.
Revisiting the query in `_has_multiple_groups`, there's a hidden error when you use it
for only one ID because a missing space.

If groups are deleted (or does not exists yet in case of upgrade), it
wasn't possible to update the `account` module.

Since commit 5f12e244f6, the write of implied groups is done directly in SQL,
bypassing the ORM writes, and thus bypassing the python constraints checks.
In particular such a constraint was added in f206714af0.
We add back an explicit check of this constraint;
however we rewrite it in SQL to be fast.

Multi is the default api for methods, it is not necessary to explicitly
decorate methods with it, adds clutter and most people use it because
they see that the rest of the code uses it.
Done with `find . -type f -name '*.py' | xargs sed -i '/@api.multi/d'`
Due to incompetence, previous commiter used user_has_groups instead of has_group
However the latter is not a higher-level version of the former,
since it checks the groups on the self.env.user, not on self.
As a result, the filtering on the whole recordset was wrong,
since it did the check on the env user for each record.

The validation error introduced in 552da8dc can pop up in contexts where
it is not expected;
e.g. not in editing user rights but while upgrading a module.
Therefore we make it more explicit, giving the user a way to resolve the error.

We base ourselves on commit f206714af0, which added a check on user groups.
The tax-included and tax excluded displays are meant to be exclusive,
but wily users can add themselves to both groups using the res_users view
in debug mode.

The reified view on the res users will be dropped in the following commit.
The previous commit adds support to define each group as a computed field on the res users.
This commit defines:
- A boolean field for each 'isolated' res.group, i.e. a group in the hidden category.
- A selection field for each 'Application' res.group, i.e. a group in a application category.
Example:
- The group to manage pricelist in sales becomes a boolean field
- The groups project user/manager become a selection field
