[REF] ir_config_parameter: remove group_ids and simplify
...
Add `sudo()` to call `get_param` where necessary, and make the web client use a
controller instead of directly accessing parameters.

[IMP] Account,...: Change 'string' attribute on some fields to avoid repeated names

In odoo at many places the filter items are having repeated strings eventhough the
fiter works differently , so find all the places where this happens and give
proper string to each filter..
