[FIX] website_mass_mailing: improve configuration usability
...
1. The option to change newsletter becomes a select instead of a button that
open a modal
2. If no mailing list exists, we show a warning and user can be redirected to
the backend to create one if he wants.
3. Add name to the snippet so it is not "Block" in the right panel

[IMP] website, *: properly wait for save at the end of homepage tours
...
*: website_mass_mailing
Useful for debugging: launching the homepage/theme tours automatically
allow to build the pages if you cr.commit() after running the test. This
will also allow to make those official test tours if we ever want it at
some point.

[FIX] website_mass_mailing, *: add test for newsletter popup

This is the forward-port of a stable dependency fix, needed as it
includes a test. The dependency was properly fixed with [1].
