In the event app, we have few email templates ('event.type') defined
in the data file so that when app is installed, user can have some basic
information readily available.
When needed, this data records are updated in few dependent modules
to provide more meaning to them. However, if these data records are
deleted, and someone tries to install it's dependent modules, it will
throw traceback because `<record>` tag won't be able to find the
linked record.
This commit makes the installation process more robust for such
modules by using write method with help of `<function>` tag, so
that if the record is available, it will be updated otherwise
no traceback will be thrown.

This commit adds several event categories as data in event modules. The
purpose is to help people using the event application with some help
on event configuration done through event categories.

Instead of posting a chatter message with the post data + storing a blob on the track
store directly the various data on the track object itself.
Post a message on the event to warn a new track has been created.
Updated the track website view. Instead of storing a blob, rebuild a correct
and editable track view on the website.
