Exporting data incorrectly formats the float values of group headers
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Planning
2. Open Planning and trigger the list view
3. Remove the default filter and add a group_by on employees
4. Export the data
5. The file produced doesn't have the same format for Allocated Hours in
the group headers and in the line details
Solution:
Create formats for float and monetary values using the user's
preferences in decimal separator and decimal precision. For monetary
format, we use the biggest decimal precision used in the company
currencies.

Remove most values uselessly specified because giving the same value as
the default one (see _DEFAULT_MANIFEST in odoo/modules/module.py)
* auto_install is Falsy by default
* author is Odoo SA by default
* summary & description are empty strings by default
* application is False by default
* test, demo, depends and data are empty lists by default
This will reduce noise/inconsistencies between manifests specifications,
simplify analysis of manifests content, ...

The odoo.addons.web.controllers.main python module have been splitted
over multiple files on the basis 1 controller = 1 file. In this work we
adapt all modules to use the new imports.
A non-exhaustive list of where stuff have been moved:
* main.Home --> home.Home
* main.Session --> session.Session
* main.WebClient --> webclient.WebClient
* main.clean_action --> action.clean_action
* main.ensure_db --> home.ensure_db
The complete list is accessible in odoo.addons.web.controllers.main.

This commit is the 14th commit of a comprehensive refactor of our HTTP
framework. See odoo/odoo#78857 for complete historic, discussions and
rationnals.
* `request.uid = x` => `request.update_env(user=x)`.
* `request.context = x` => `request.update_env(context=x)`.
* `request.context = dict(request.context, x=y)`
=> `request.update_context(x=y)`.
* `request.cr = None` => `request.cr.close()`.
* `http.mono_db()` => `request.db`.
* `http.dispatch_rpc()` => `service.dispatch_rpc()`.
* `@service.model.check` => `service.model.retrying()`.
* `request.endpoint`
=> `env['ir.http']._match(request.httprequest.path)[0].endpoint`.
* `request.routing_iteration `=> `removed`.
* `request.jsonrequest` => `request.dispatcher.jsonrequest`.
Note that `request.params` is now set much later in the process. If you
are in a situation where you values from the query string or the
http body you can use `request.get_http_params()`.
Note that using the new `request.future_response`, it is possible to
add headers and cookies on the response object before the response
object is initialized. Please note that headers/cookies saved on
the future response will NOT be injected in case of error.
PR: odoo#78857
Task: 2571224
Steps to follow
- Go to the contact app for example
- Export some records with a relational field in the import-compatible xlsx format
- Reimport the downloaded file
- Odoo can't find matching records with a name False
Cause of the issue
xlsxwriter will write a boolean false value for empty relations
Solution
If a field is relational, write an empty string instead

The license is missing in most enterprise manifest so
the decision was taken to make it explicit in all cases.
When not defined, a warning will be triggered starting from
14.0 when falling back on the default LGPL-3.

- Create a product with:
Cost: 60.80
Quantity On Hand: 999.0
- Go to Inventory / Reporting / Inventory Valuation
- Click on export all (little button next to "Inventory at date")
The field "Total value" have too many decimals: 60739.2000000004
This occur because of the multiplication: it yield the correct value
(60739.2), but every rounding attempt done, even in the ORM, will
mess up the representation

The header values have too many decimals: 60739.2000000007
The root cause is `convert_to_cache` returns this value:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/042298f8c949fba470eda6ad90f94c95ca291030/odoo/fields.py#L1333
In this case, `currency.round()` keeps the extra digits. Since the field
is not stored, the useless digits are kept.
A simple solution is to use `float_repr` on the non-stored float fields
to make sure that doesn't happen. Another solution could be to not
convert the floats to strings, but that doesn't seem intended.

The browser itself would get mostly cleaned up between tours, but the
session object would not get cleaned, and apparently in some cases
that could lead to an incoherent session: a tour would add data to the
session which the next tour (logging in as a different user) would
not (fully) override, leading to a session inconsistency and a Session
Expired exception during the tour.
Fix by not storing the session on the test object, the session is
created during authentication then set on the opener & browser.

Add a new group allowing administrators to remove the ability for
users to bulk-export data from the database. It's pretty minor as
technically the user can still access the underlying object through
the basic methods but it's still a bit of a roadblock.
Users can export by default.

This module define same `export.integer` model that is in `test_impex`
module, but do not define model access.
So if you only install `test_xlsx_export` the test will work but you
will get a warning over "The model export.integer has no access rules,
consider adding one".

=======
The current kanban view is messy. It is difficult to identify which
apps are installed or not. The user can completely miss a module
that might have interested him. A search panel would make things way
more readable.

When loading a page on an existing starting database, registry is not
fully loaded causing potential error when trying to access model
existing in database (views, menitem, ...) since model added in last
loaded module does not exist in registry.
Thus, executing browser js test may lead to errors when executed during
an update on a database with other modules installed.
HTTPCase should be executed post_install to ensure that registry is
fully loaded to avoid this problem.
Since HTTPCase are slower than other test, it is also a good idea to
execute them at the end, in order to prioritize fast fail.
With this commit, a warning is isued if such a test class is tagged to
run at install time.
While at it, remove deprecated at_install and post_install helpers and
remove the deprecated phantom_js alias.

When exporting a grouped list view with some nested groups, the aggregate value
of parent groups are not correct. It always sums aggregated values of children
whether the group operator is 'sum' or not (could be 'max', 'avg', ...).
This behavior is wrong and can even lead to a crash if the aggregated field is a
date field (e.g. with group_operator='max'). (Try two sum two dates...)
The quick fix 85cf47f was merged just before OXP to avoid any crash. This fix
limited the support of aggregates to only int and float fields.
This commit remove this limitation.
This commit correclty implements the aggregation for parent group for all
field types and all group_operator.
This commit also improves the export feature tests.
