The tasks list view "act_project_project_2_project_task_all"
always displays inactive tasks ("'active_test': False" in context).
Both the link in the kanban and the button in the form
leading to this list view should therefore counts both
inactive & active tasks.

Those were not very usefull, sometimes wrong (for example on tasks) and
slow to compute. Using pivot tables allows to have all required statistics
in a much nicer way.

The gantt view does not have enough data to properly display a project's length
based on only the planned hours.
It also makes it impossible to change the project's length using drag & drop.
It's safer to simply display the start and end dates recorded in the project

The labels for fields 'use_tasks', 'partner_id', 'date_start' had no valid string (autogenerated or unrelated).
Make the selections of the field privacy_visibility translatable.

hr_timesheet: merged use_timesheets and invoice_on_timesheets fields on account.analytic.account
that basically tells the same thing (project using timesheets). Propagated this change in
the various views using it.
