Lionel Sausin 5780d1032b Moved the attendance reports and wizard from the "hr" module to "hr_attendence". 
Pulled back the weekly attendance report from the 4.2 branch
Removed theorical workhours and holiday workhours from the reports to make sure they can be printed even if only "hr" and "hr_attendance" are installed

P. Christeas 03c835af30 Fix module loading when some not found. 
If some modules exist in db and not in addons/ , then, the new code
introduced at db57878bbb11 would loop forever. Check that and continue
in such a case.

qdp a9d7005af9 [FIX] bugfixed the closing of fiscal year: we are now passing the entries reconciled on another fiscal year as it should be (if the account type has defferal method = 
unreconciled)
[FIX] minors bugfixes in fiscal year closing: given period wasn't used, reconciliation have to be made on unreconciliable accounts
