Xavier Morel 392631cc32 [fix] res.config so the state of a todo is changed after being done with it, not when it's displayed. 
Add the setting of states to ``skip`` (action_skip) and ``cancel``
(action_cancel) on top of ``done`` (action_next) plus a bit of
documentation to the API.

Also, fix res.config.users to use the right buttons/actions for its
stuff, or clicking "Done" registers as having skipped the screen:
create ``action_add`` event for "Add User" button, and hook "Done" to
``action_next`` with a NOOP ``execute``.

Xavier Morel c6eddc3335 imp] res.config.installer: set already installed modules to readonly, as res.config.installer can't uninstall them. 
Also, remove already installed modules from the set of modules to
install, and add a few docstrings to clarify the purpose of
overloading default_get and fields_get, and how _modules_to_install
works

  - Named ``_if_%(module_name)s``
  - Provided cr, uid, ids and context
  - If they return something, it must be an iterable of supplementary addons to install
* Additionals are module sets to install when a given set of 1..n module(s) is selected for installation
  - ``_install_if`` class member
  - dictionary of {tuple: iterable}, the tuple is the set of modules to check for,
    the iterable is the set of modules to install if the condition modules are all
    present

Christophe Chauvet 981e7408bd [IMP] Extended the field.property to new type field (char, integer, float, date, ...) 
By default, when there are no multi company default, we keep the compatibility with 5.0
      else we match to find the company_id for this fields.
