Since [1] only floating fixed headers were included in the calculation
of the `dom.scrollTo()`'s offset.
Because of this when a snippet was dropped on the top of a page, the
header being shown but non-floating was not used in the offset
calculation, which made the automatic scroll operation hide the header
partially for headers taller than the requested 50px offset from the top
of the display.
After this commit, any shown header is included in that calculation -
even non floating ones.
Steps to reproduce:
- drop snippets into the page until it has to scroll
- drop a snippet right below the header
=> header was partially hidden upon drop by the automatic scolling

The plain-text mailing template had no top padding, which made it
awkward to edit and tended to make users manually add space at the top
of the mailing with paragraph breaks. This adds the same padding to the
mailing as is applied to the editor in the Note module.
Note: since the mailing is plain-text, that padding shouldn't and isn't
saved in the mail to send, resulting in a visible difference between the
Mail Body and Mail Debug tabs. This is normal.

This commit adds a new category of image shapes: Devices.
The purpose is to give the possibility to add images in device mockups
with the image shapes.
To use it correctly the image needs to be in a specific ratio depending
on the shape. To help the user to have the perfect render, an average
resolution is shown when hovering the thumbnail of the shape.

This commit adds the possibility of applying a "perspective"
transformation on image with some image shapes (e.g. devices). For
technical reasons, the only way to apply this 3D transformation is to
modify the image in a canva.
Since the 2D context of the canvas doesn't support projective
transformations, we approximate the result using multiple affine
transformations on smaller parts of the image.

With this PR's next commits introducing device shapes, it was needed to
have SVGs with a fixed size. Originally the code was created with the
idea that svg will take the size of the image they're going to clip.
This commit introduces a data attribute that allows SVGs to bypass
being resized so that they always keep the same aspect ratio.

'Delivery Slip' report with the document layout 'DIN5008' needs to have
the delivery address in the hole of the envelope
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Sales app as well as Drop Shipping and l10n_de module
2. Go to General Settings -> Document Layout and select
external_layout_DIN5008
3. Specify a Dropship route for a product
4. Create and confirm an order for that product
5. Open the purchase order with the 'Purchase' tab
6. Confirm the corresponding purchase order
7. Open the 'Receipt' tab
8. Print the Delivery Slip
9. The document reference is above the address instead of under it
Solution:
Add the `l10n_de_addresses` computed field and set the addresses through

Create product P (price = 100).
Create price list L aka product_pricelist.
Create price rule R (product = P, price = 50) aka product_pricelist_item.
Go to product P > Price Rules > archive R.
Issue :
This should not be possible, as product_pricelist_item.active is a
readonly field (related to pricelist_id.active).

Currently, if a liquidity journal has a currency set (e.g. Bank) the amount_currency shows lines according to the journal currency, which is correct. However, if the journal currency is the same as the company currency, the amount_currency shows the amount in the foreign currency that is not in fact held in the Bank.
Should be: follow the same logic for liquidity journals that have the same currency as the company (or set company currency by default) and show amount in journal/company currency.

Commit 62ebc97bd8 introduced the
possibility to customise the debounce delay associated with a command
palette search based on namespace. This introduced a concurrency bug
when changing namespace.
Problem:
Let's say we have 2 namespaces with very different debounce delays.
For example, # has 2000 and @ has 0.
1. A user enter "#"
2. He changes his mind before the end of the search. He deletes "#"
and enter "@".
3. The search associated with "@" is resolved before the search for "#".
The associated results are displayed.
4. The search associated with "#" is resolved. The associated results
are displayed.
5. The user does not get the results related to his last search which
are those of "@".
Solution:
When we change the namespace, we will cancel the current search function.

Before this commit, components used `el` and `trigger` but this works
thanks to LegacyComponent. LegacyComponent has been introduced to ease
the transition from owl 1 to owl 2.
This commit replaces the uses of `el` by `useRef` and `trigger` by
adding callback in props. Without these owl 1 features, components
no longer need to extend LegacyComponent.
This commit also adapts the tests to use `getFixture` instead of `el`.

Before this commit, when the user searches all the open tasks (the tasks
without a stage set or the tasks are in a stage where `fold` is False),
this search could be slow when a huge number of active tasks is in db
and most of that tasks is in a stage folded.
This commit stores the `is_closed` field to avoid doing a join into the
stage table to know if the stage linked to the stage is folded or not.
Because `is_closed` is a related of `stage_id.fold` and so we will avoid
doing a sql join to know if the task is a open one or not. To further
increase this search, an index is added too.

Delivery slip created from a POS order contains the product name 3 times
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Point of Sale app
2. On the Point of Sale dashboard, open 'Shop' settings (with the three
dots on the top right corner)
3. Check Ship Later in Inventory
4. Open a POS session, add a product to an order and go to the payment
5. Select a payment method and a customer, check the option "Ship Later"
and then validate the order
6. Quit the POS session and go to Point of Sale > Orders > Orders
7. Open the created order and access its picking with the smart button
8. Print the delivery slip
9. The name of the product is printed 3 times
Solution:
Override `_get_stock_move_values` in point_of_sale in order to overwrite
the value of `description_picking` when the order comes from a POS
Problem:
`product_description_variants` doesn't hold the same value whether it's
in sales or in point_of_sale. In Sales it describes the variants of the
product but in point_of_sale, it is the full product name i.e. the
product name and the variants used.
