The `user_id` field was replaced in odoo/odoo#74087 by `user_ids`.
The field change was forgotten in various reports and the a wizard.
This commit fixes those.

Purpose of this commit is to globally improve code performance by limiting
search impact by using cache when accessing ir.model.
Note that tests are left untouched as they are generally done using admin
(or at least data preparation is done as admin). Diff is kept small currently.

This reverts commit fc7778f8c512202dc3361d6b87be8c28b299c3c8 because of
a change in the spec.
The access mode are removed and replaced by this access mode for portal
user:
- read: the user goes to the classic portal view
- edit: the user is added as collaborator of the shared project and can
access to project sharing views.
To do this, the portal share is inherited by the project share wizard.
This new wizard can be open to share in readonly and open to share in
edit mode via 2 buttons in the form view of the shared project.
A new stat button is added to form view of project to see the
collaborators of this project. That is, the ones can access to the
project sharing views. The project manager will can remove or also add
new collaborators via the views in this stat button.

Before this commit, the user cannot remove all access rights for project
sharing feature of a project with allow_project_sharing enabled.
This commit checks if the user has made a change in the access rights if
yes then the 'Confirm Access' button appears otherwise only 'Send'
button appears.

closes#73341
Before this commit, when the portal user can access to project sharing
views, he can just read. If we just add ir.rule to allow the edition,
the portal could create/edit. We have to allow the project manager to
define the access rights of portal users when he want to share them a
project with the project sharing feature.
This commit adds 3 access modes portal users in project sharing views.
1. **Readonly**: the portal can only see the tasks in the different views.
2. **Comment**: the portal can use the chatter in task form view.
3. **Edit**: the portal user can create and edit tasks.

Adds new optional stages for the project.project model.
Previously projects would stay dormant when they were finished, we can
now define stages for those projects to determine where a stage is in
it's lifecycle.
Also adds some small changes to the project itself, such as adding tags.

For the modals, the following keys are dedicated for "special"
actions:
- Alt+G: add
- Alt+V: save

PURPOSE
Clean code. Be more performance oriented.
SPECIFICATIONS
Improvements applied in this commit
* not all() --> any(not) for earlier returns;
* all([generator]) --> all(generator) to avoid unnecessary list casting.
This code construct is better managed by all;
This commit will probably not have a big performance effect on standard
production databases. However each performance and cleaning improvement
is welcomed.

Use _for_xml_id to replace all the self.env.ref().read()[0]
This has the advantage of having a single point of control and to add
the fields filtering and model verification.
Add sudo for other operations on ir.actions.*
Before this commit, deleting a stage with tasks, the user received an
error.
With this commit, when deleting a stage containing tasks, a wizard
offers the choice to move the tasks to another stage.

Purpose
=======
In a business point of view, it make no sense to merge record. if someone want really to merge record they have to do this manually to think about all corner case. What about id sent to the customer ? what about timesheet ? what about business ?
The idea of the task: remove this feature in both app, project.task and in helpdesk
Specification
=============
Remove both features
"Merge Selected Tickets" in helpdesk
"Merge Selected Tasks" in project.task
With the new views, the merge task feature did not properly precomplete the selected tasks. This is because they do not support the command 4 when creating a new record. This will be fixed at some point, but meanwhile, we can just simply return the selected ids in the default_get. This makes the code slightly simpler.
(PR #17566, issue 746867)
This wizard allows the users to merge some task in a new task or an existing one
A user and a project are taken by default but may be configurable on the wizard.
The other tasks are archived. A message is posted on the tasks to report the target and a message is posted on the target to report the origin tasks.
(leftover of migration). However this implies some fixes in the various calls
to models inheriting from mail.thread. Indeed giving positional instead of
keyword argument creates issues in the wrapper between the old and new
API.
In account_analytic_plan, useless override of fields_view_get has been removed.
- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.
- New orm api, objects are now used instead of ids
- Environements to encapsulates cr uid context while maintaining backward compatibility
- Field compute attribute is a new object oriented way to define function fields
- Shared browse record cache
- New onchange protocol
- Optional copy flag on fields
- Documentation update
- Dead code cleanup
- Lots of fixes
Removed concept of state on project.task (and propagated report)
Removed python inheritance towards base_stage (specific code will be re-added)
