Avoid duplicating web addon in enterprise by extracting a common basis.
Enterprise features stay in enterprise, but use that common basis.

- JS refactoring and linting
- Conversion of .sass into .less split into multiple files
- Templates cleaning and DOM simplification
- Re-generation of web.pot, and update of .po files
* Convert some CSS to LESS
* Split/Join LESS files
* Remove duplicates between website and web_editor
* UI improvements
* Allow simple customizations thanks to LESS var&mixins for website
* Fix the grid display of images (use the column property)
* Use Dialog class
* Allow removing a cover image
* Add image selection before choosing it (or double click to choose)
+ add less mixins in web for columns property
