This commit:
- Improves the structure of this module as it was broken and
not appealing:
* Text alignments and font sizes were improved
* Card structure instead of a list
* Filters and search are now grouped on top and take less space in
the page
- Adds a specific mobile view for the filters was implemented offcanvas
as the current mobile filtering was not optimized.
- Adds an option to show/hide address in the resellers/partners list
- Makes the option to show the map visible/not visible depending if the
database contains a google maps API
- Makes this module more consistent with the rest of the front-end
modules.

Currently, only stable releases see their translations updated. This has
resulted in master accumulating outdated stuff for years, which can be
confusing for users testing master on runbot.
This one-shot commit resynchronizes master translations based on the
content from 16.0 and removes empty PO files (i.e. no longer containing
translations).

Many templates use the company logo that is set by default on
database creation. As that logo is clearly a placeholder and the user
isn't necesserely prompted to update it. It's possible for a user to
inadvertently start sending emails with "your logo" placeholders
plastered all over.
This removes the default logo of the company and removes it from
templates conditionally.
The logo isn't simply replaced with a transparent PNG as the templates
set a fixed height for the logo, which would look weird.

When using message_post, the body format must be explicitly specified.
If html is expected, a Markup object should be used.
If text is given, the content will be escaped.
Before this PR:
message_post was unaware if the content of a message was HTML or
text. This lead to multiple situation where the content was
incorrectly considered as HTML and led to display errors.
In
self.message_post(body="Hello %s!" % self.name)
if the name contained HTML, it would be evaluated.
In
self.message_post(body="Contact Raoul <raoul@caramail.be>")
the email would not be displayed as considered as unknown HTML and
discarded by the sanitizer
Now each call must explict the type of content.
Use the escape() helper to properly combine Markup and translations.
It would also be acceptable to use Markup() to wrap a static
translation but escape is better as one can not guarantee the content
of a translation.

When overriding an existing controller route, developers can
easily c/p the route definition and call super() in the overridden method
when the route attributes are automatically deducted by odoo from the parent route.
Removing those redefined attributes simplifies the routes definition,
clearly highlighting what's changed by the override.
Also reduces unexpected behavior when modifying the base route without
noticing/considering the redefined attributes in a overridden route,
which overrides the changes made to the base route when the sub-module is installed.
This commit adds a test to catch routes attributes redefinition, and clean existing routes.

request.geoip is no more a dictionnary cached in the session. It is now
a full blown object with lazy and smart geolocalisation capabilities.
Among other things, the previous dictionnary API is now deprecated. The
changes are:
* `request.geoip['country_name']` -> `request.geoip.country_name`
* `request.geoip['country_code']` -> `request.geoip.country_code`
* `request.geoip['city']` -> `request.geoip.city.name`
* `request.geoip['latitude']` -> `request.geoip.location.latitude`
* `request.geoip['longitude']` -> `request.geoip.location.longitude`
* `request.geoip['region']` -> `(request.geoip.subdivisions[0].iso_code if request.geoip.subdivisions else None)`
* `request.geoip['time_zone']` -> `request.geoip.location.time_zone`
It is safe to access all the attributes. Doing `request.geoip.city.name`
when the geolocalization failed (missing db, invalid address, ...)
evaluates to None. It does not raise an AttributeError.

Fix the lead form view to align the expected

Fix the geolocation field and send email button

modify the DOM too much, which could lead to more

-> after a copy paste, patcher is working, but stop is forgotten
-> stop is present, but won't be called if something fails during the

This commit add an utility `start(patcher)` to always have the add
cleanup.
Using a standard way to start the patcher with an automated addCleanup
should prevent this kind of mistake. This is why this commit also
replaces all valid patch.start() (followed immediately by a addCleanup)

- add a description on templates, allowing to describe their usage

This commit renames the `website.group_website_publisher` into
`website.group_website_restricted_editor`.
While the change in itself might look unuseful, it will help the dev and
tech community figuring which group is related to which feature.
Even internally when we discuss specs, we always have to remind which
group is the restricted editor: the publisher one or the designer one?
While it is probably, after all those years, now anchored in some dev
mind, there is no easy way to directly figure which of those 2 groups is
the restricted editor one.
Note that I myself always got confused about it.
Now, the "Restricted Editor" right will be reflected in its technical
name `group_website_restricted_editor`.
Same as for the "Editor & Designer" which technical name is
`group_website_designer`.
As we would like to have a fully working and ready system in v17 for the
community to be able to build themes easily, removing that dubious part
is a nice to have.

This commit removes the unnecessary measures(like partner latitude/longitude)
from the lead related graph views. Also, we try to order the measures and keep

first and revenue related measures(Expected Revenues, Prorated Revenues, etc)
last.
Note that with this commit, recurring revenue related measures will be displayed

Recently with commit[1], we changed the sequence for partner grades and
partner activations at db level (from asc to desc) to see the records
created with data files in our chosen order (for example Gold, Silver,
Bronze instead of Bronze, Silver and Gold).
However, there are several drawbacks with this approach. For example
during db upgrade, all the existing records needs to be adapted to
keep up the order of records created by data files.
This commit reverts change of order at db level, and instead adapts the
sequence of the records being created with the data files in a way that
they are still in the same order we wanted. And it will also maintain the
order of the records manually created by users after db upgradation.

Currently, for the better first user experience, few partner activation
levels are available by default (added in data files). Since there is no
way to archive it, the only way to not use them in your production is to
delete it. But it means that on each migration, it will be restored.
To improve that, this commit introduces 'active' field in the activation
levels so that one can easily archive them if they are of no use, and
this way they won't be again created every time when db is migrated.
This commit also adds a search view with 'Archived' filter to see the
archived activation levels easily.

Purpose
=======
The module website_crm_partner_assign has its own partner_longitude
and partner_latitude values that are resolved independently, when the
linked partner doesn't exist yet.
So when a lead is turned into an opportunity and a partner is created,
the address info is copied to the new partner, but not the geolocation.
In case these partners are supposed to be geolocalized (for example
on the FSM application), the geolocation will be recomputed despite
the fact that this information was already available at the convertion
time.
