* = account{_payment}, base, onboarding, payment{_stripe},

Use the dedicated onboarding module introduced in 16.0 instead of
the res.company model to store onboarding progress.
It allows
* onboarding steps to be reused across panels
* to support steps that should be completed per-database or per-company
* to clean the res.company model from many fields and methods,
* to remove many views, controllers, actions
Module-specific notes:
* account: We also clean the remaining two steps that are not
part of an accounting panel but make the most sense to be kept here.
* account_payment: Following 8e4e8eb8, the payment provider step is
added to the invoicing onboarding panel. We apply this change here too.
Also impacts the website_sale_dashboard panel (see related ENT PR).
(The "sale tax" one is currently used for to the website sale dashboard).
* payment: Note that the step was already not part of an onboarding
panel within this module.
* website_sale: We clean
* a field not used (The website_sale dashboard onboarding panel used
the payment_provider_onboarding_state field).
* a method that was only called from website_sale_dashboard, so it is
moved there. See related ENT PR.
Includes a few tests.
Moving views/templates/styling, as well as cleaning residual onboarding-related fields and methods in base, including populate.
This also includes restoring the "onboarding_complete" overlay panel
animating it to disappear after a few seconds so that it doesn't hide
text and block buttons to re-open steps.

This commit adds Bootstrap JS assets to the web.report_assets_common bundle,
enabling basic interactivity in reports. Currently it is only necessary to allow
JS in the report_layout template.
#104794 removed all JS from reports, stating that they don't need any
interactivity. However, reports do sometimes require a bit of JS. An example is
the Green Savings Report in Sign (see task), which contains a Bootstrap modal.
By adding Bootstrap JS assets to web.report_assets_common, we can make the modal
work again. Additionally, we can fix/add basic interactivity in other reports if
necessary.

In odoo/odoo#111103 the tour system was rewritten. The previous tour
system used to depend on the `root.widget` js module, and this module
was an async module that indirectly depended on `session_bind` which
would load the translations, meaning that the js module definition code
of the tours would only run after the translations were loaded. This is
no longer the case with the new tour system, this means that the module
definition code is executed as soon as the dependencies of that module
are fulfilled, which is generally befoe the translations are loaded,
causing most tour tips to not be translated.
This commit adds a hacky workaround for this problem: it creates a new
module that has a default export which is a promise, and has a legacy
alias, this creates an async module that waits for the translations to
be loaded. This module is then imported for its side-effect in all
onboarding tours, causing them to be translated correctly once again.
This commit also needs to convert the steps key in the tours internal
registry to a getter. In previous versions, the steps were directly
added as is to the internal state of the tour service, but since
odoo/odoo#122834 the steps are now mapped, and without a getter, any
edits to the steps occurring after registration will not be taken into
account. This causes issues in some modules that change original
behaviour of other modules (eg accounting makes invoices into a menu in
the accounting app instead of a top-level app in the home menu) as they
need to edit the steps of existing tours to make them work.
In a separate PR, we will implement a more proper fix by changing the
API of the tour manager so that we no longer need this workaround.

This commit improves the behavior of the ProgressBar field. Before 16.0,
views had a readonly mode, and to avoid having the inputs always visible,
the user had to click on the progressbar to enter into an edition mode.
Nowadays, this is redundant, and make it difficult to guess that the field
is editable. With this commit, the input is always visible, which also
allow to improve the template and the code of the component. The commit
delete unused props/options that were no longer used by the widget.
This commit also remove a legacy scss file that was still present, and the
style of the component has been moved to its own file. Some dead classnames
have been dropped, or replaced by bootstrap classes, reducing the size of
the scss file.
Tests had to be adapted, because some assertions were irrelevant, or were

In c989ff3, the odoo module system has been changed so that it now
errors out when modules are defined but have missing dependencies and
cannot run. Unfortunately, tours are defined in a single bundle,
`assets_tests`, and this bundle is used everywhere tours need to run,
but some of these tours depend on modules that only exist in the backend
and others on modules that only exist in the frontend. We don't want to
break up the `assets_tests` bundle as this creates a poor developer
experience, and so the solution that was chosen at the time is that when
the `assets_tests` bundle is defined, we ignore all module dependency
errors.
This causes a problem however, which is that if a module dependency is
missing in production code, the page will be broken by the module error
(which is expected) but if the `assets_tests` are present, which is the
case when running tours and tests, then it won't, meaning the tours will
happily pass despite the application being broken, which is
unacceptable.
This commit fixes this issue by replacing the assets_test bundle by a
new bundle (`__assets_tests_call__`) within which all module dependency
errors are ignored, which lets dependency errors that are hapenning in
other bundles (ie in production code) happen even during the tests.
Because of this, this commit also fixes the dependency errors that
already existed but were previously silent:
- for im_livechat and website_livechat, the code was refactored to use
the standard mechanism that we use elsewhere to add data directly in the
page: we store the data in __session_info__, and the module that exposes
that data is always present, instead of having a module that's defined
conditionally, which causes issues when non-conditional modules depend
on it.
- in web, the `report_assets_common` bundle was used alongside
`assets_common` but without `assets_frontend` or `assets_backend`.
Reports do not need any js and it appears that it already had what it
needed as far as css is concerned except for one fontawesome override.
Code was changed so that the js from the bundle is not included and it
reports no longer use `assets_common`, the js part of the bundle is no
longer used.
- in website_slides, the `slide_embed_assets` bundle is used alongside
`assets_common` without using `assets_frontend` or `assets_backend`
which is required for `assets_common` to function, the approach here was
to simply take the files from `assets_common` and remove the files that
were causing issues. This bundle should be trimmed at some point, as it
contains way too many things that it does not need.
The file colors.js was also moved to core, as it isn't graph specific
and was causing dependency issues with a field that was importing it.
Fields shouldn't depend on files in specific views' directory.

This is done so that using owl features and functions is done using
the standard import syntax, instead of destructuring properties out
of the owl global object.
So instead of just:
`const { Component } = owl;`
inside an odoo-module, we now do:
`import { Component } from "@odoo/owl";`
Note that we haven't removed the global `owl` object so existing
code will work as is.
Furthermore, we also augmented the tsconfig.json that's generated
from the tsconfig subcommand to take into account the path
of owl.js.

This commit is a first step towards a potential deletion of the
assets_common bundle, although that step would need more work, specs and
discussions as some layouts kinda only use the assets_common bundle
(some take the full assets_common but parts of the assets_backend one
for example).
The main goal of this commit is to have the assets_frontend bundle
directly include the "common" files we need. As a first step, this
commit only blindly duplicates them all into assets_frontend (without
removing the potentially useless ones). The goal is to have those
advantages:
- Reaching a frontend page only calls two main JS files (one normal and
one lazy-loaded) instead of 4 (two normals and two lazy-loaded). This
may help reach a better google page speed (which is becoming more and
more strict).
- The frontend CSS is built as one: the common SCSS which was using
bootstrap variables, or even Odoo-based SCSS added by mistake in
common instead of both backend and frontend is now computed with the
right bootstrap customizations. E.g. the tempusdominus datetimepickers
use bootstrap grays... after this PR, they use the right grays as
customized by the user on the website.
It was also chosen to not have a common "sub-asset" which is included in
assets_frontend. Making assets_frontend completely independent makes
sense (as it probably will for other "main" asset bundles): we can focus
on adding the files each layout needs without the need of worrying if it
impacts unrelated layouts. Sub-assets (when not strictly necessary) is
also a source of errors: extending the "main" bundle instead of the
right sub-asset it may use (like it was the case with the sub-assets of
assets_common: _assets_common_scripts and _assets_common_styles as
explained in the previous commit). So this is indeed a small drawback of
not factorizing the code for the inclusion of "common" files in bundles
but it seems more explicit and easier to maintain that way. Note that
adding "common" file is not the most common usecase anyway, apps
generally only need files in backend or frontend.
The __manifest__ declaration will also likely evolve in more and more
uses of wildcards to match entire directories. In the future, adding
"common" web-app files in both backend, frontend and other "main"
bundles could just be about one line duplicated into each bundle.

The "web._assets_common_scripts" and "web._assets_common_styles"
sub-assets were useless, confusing and prone to errors. Especially with
the refactoring done by the next commit in this PR where common files
will be put directly inside the frontend bundle.
Indeed, their standard purpose was only to be included in the
"web.assets_common"... but making them sub-assets suggests you could
reuse them for something else... which you actually could not since most
"web.assets_common" extensions by other apps were done in the main
bundle directly instead of the correct sub-assets one.

The changes in `auth_password_policy` are largely the owlification of
the password meter widget:
- modernize the password policy module and convert it to an
odoo-module (note: now exports a pseudo-abstract class which is
really a policy, for the sake of somewhat sensibly typing
`recommendations`)
- replace the implementation of the Meter and PasswordField widgets by
owl versions
The changes to web and base stem from taking a look at converting the
ChangePassword wizard, and finding that it would be a pain in the ass
but also... unnecessary? It seems to have been done as a wizard
completely in javascript despite being backend-only for legacy
reasons: apparently one of the very old web clients (v5 or v6
probably) implemented it as a "native action" which was directly part
of the client's UI, and so it had to be implemented entirely in the
client.
Over time it was moved back into the regular UI (and moved around
quite a bit), hooked as a client action to maintain access to the
existing UI / dialog.
But since it's been an action opened via a button for years it can
just... be a normal wizard, with password fields, which
auth_password_policy can then set the widget of.
So did that:
- removed the old unnecessary JS, and its dedicated endpoint (which is
*not* used by portal, portal has its own endpoint)
- used check_identity for the "old password check"
- split out `change_password` with an internal bit so we can have a
safer (and logged) "set user password" without needing to provide
the old password, which is now used for the bulk password change
wizard as well
- added a small wizard which just takes a new password (and
confirmation), for safety a given change password wizard is only
accessible to their creator (also the wizard is restricted to
employees though technically it would probably be fine for portal
users as well)
Rather than extensive messy rewrite / monkeypatching (the original
wizard was 57 LOC, though also 22 LOC of template, the auth_policy
hooking / patching was 33, plus 8 lines of CSS),
`auth_password_policy` just sets the widget of the `new_password`
field in the new wizard, much as it did the bulk wizard.
Also improve the "hide meter if field is empty" feature by leveraging
`:placeholder-shown`. This requires setting a placeholder, and while
empty works fine in firefox, it doesn't work in chrome. So the
placeholder needs to be a single space. Still, seems better than
updating a fake attribute or manipulating a class for the sake of
trivial styling.
Notes on unlink + transient vacuum
Although the wizard object is only created when actually calling
`change_password`, and is deleted on success, it is possible for the
user to get an error and fail to continue (it should be unlikely
without overrides since the passwords are checked while creating /
saving but...).
While in that case the `new_password` in the database is not the
user's own, it could be their *future* password, or give evidence as
to their password-creation scheme, or some other signal useful to
attack that front of the user's life and behavior. As such, quickly
removing leftovers from the database (by setting a very low transient
lifetime) seems like a good idea.
This is compounded by the `check_identity` having a grace period of 10
minutes. 0.1 is 6 minutes, but because the cron runs every 10 the user
effectively has 6~10 minutes between the moment they create an
incorrect / incomplete version of the wizard and the moment where it
is destroyed if they just leave it.
