Chenyun Yang 0a87304ff0 [REF] spreadsheet: spreadsheet models 
This commit refactors the current model structure of spreadsheet-related
module. Data fields are integrated into an abstract model
`spreadsheet.mixin` and all sub-models are inherited from it. This way
we can group all decode/encode logics into one place.

Some amounts were wrong because quotations were included, even though

roen-odoo 389f83802e [FIX] spreadsheet_dashboard_pos_hr: order top orders in desc order 
Current behavior:
In the PoS base dashboard there is a "Top Orders" section that shows the
top orders by amount. The orders are shown in ascending order when it
should be descending.
