The type fields of actions already defaults to
the model name in the base model definition.
Therefore, specifying `ir.actions.server`, `ir.actions.act_window`
& so on as type is useless (and adds noise since it's the same as
the action model).

Aim :
Allow customer from Switzerland to emit an invoice with a QR code to a SEPA customer.
Context:
In Switzerland, adding an extra page containing a QR Bill is mandatory in many cases, mainly when the customer is also from Switzerland (although there are other conditions).
However, activating the option 'QR Codes' in the settings (which is not linked to the QR Bill) can cause problem.
For instance, it will be impossible to bill a foreign customer, because we check that the conditions are right to emit a swiss QR (which is a bug).
After this commit :
The new behaviour is :
- Swiss user --> swiss customer: don't change the invoice, allow to create a QR Bill
- SEPA option activated, swiss user --> SEPA customer : join the SEPA QR to the invoice
- SEPA option activated, swiss user --> swiss customer : raise error

The aim of this commit is to simplify and standardize the settings archs.
To do this, a small DSL exclusively for the settings was created. This
new DSL introduces 3 tags: `app`, `block` and `setting`.
The `app` tag is used to declare the application on the settings view.
It creates an entry with its logo on the sidebar of the view. It also
acts as delimiter when searching.
```xml
<app string="CRM" name="crm">
...
</app>
```
- `string` : The "display" name of the application.
- `name` : The technical name of the application (the name of the module).
- `logo` *optional* : The relative path to the logo. If not set, the
logo is created using the `name` parameter :
`/{name}/static/description/icon.png`.
The `block` tag is used to declare a group of settings. This group can
have a title and a description/help.
```xml
<block title="Title of group Bar">
...
</block>
```
- `title` *optional* : The title of the block of settings (the old h2),
you can perform research on its text.
- `help` *optional* : The description/help of the block of settings
(the old h3), you can perform research on its text.
The `setting` tag is used to declare the setting itself. The first field
in the setting is used as the main field (optional). This field is
placed on the left panel (if it's a boolean field) or on the top of the
right panel (otherwise). The field is also used to create the setting
label if a `string` is not defined. The `setting` tag can also contain
more elements (e.g. html), all of these elements are rendered in the
right panel.
```xml
<setting string="this is bar">
<field name="bar"/>
...More elements
</setting>
```
- `type` *optional* : By default, a setting is visually separated on two
panels (left and right), and is used to edit a given field. By
defining `type='header'`, a special kind of setting is rendered
instead. This setting is used to modify the scope of the other
settings. For example, on the website application, this setting
is used to indicate to which website the other settings apply.
The header setting is visually represented as a yellow banner on
the top of the screen.
- `string` *optional* : The text used as label of the setting. If it's
not defined, the first field is used as label.
- `title` *optional* : The text used as tooltip.
- `help` *optional* : The help/description of the setting. This text is
displayed just below the setting label (with classname
`text-muted`).
- `company_dependent` *optional* : If this attribute is set to "1" an
icon is displayed next to the setting label to explicit that
this setting is company-specific.
- `documentation` *optional* : If this attribute is set, an icon is
added next to the setting label, this icon is a link to the
documentation. Note that you can use relative or absolute path.
The relative path is relative to
`https://www.odoo.com/documentation/server_version`, so it's not
necessary to hard-code the server version on the arch anymore.

The only option to print a QR Invoice was to go on the invoice page and to click on the Print QR Button.
This PR allows for a user to print multiple QR codes, selected from the Invoices view.
The download occurs normally if all invoices are valid and QR-printable.
A wizard opens when the whole invoice selection isn't valid. It allows to download the invoices as a single pdf or to see a list of the ones that could not be printed in the QR format.
The wizard's text depends on the number of QR-valid, ISR-valid and classic (non QR, non ISR) invoices that the user tried to print.
All invoices for which a print is asked will be printed with a QR bill if it is possible. If not, this will check if printing in the ISR format is possible. Lastly, if none is possible, the classic invoice will be printed.
The behaviour allowed for the removal of the QR PRINT and ISR PRINT buttons on the single invoice view, for a behaviour closer to the original guidelines.
Bills can't be QR printed.
Corrected QR-Bill CSS.

Adding this field to the bank journal's form view had been done to ease encoding; yet more fields were left to be set on the related res.partner.bank object (l10n_ch_qr_iban, chf and eur subrscription numbers. In the end, to be consistent, we would have needed to do related fields for all of them as well on the journal. This would have put too many advanced features in a single screen. Instead, we just consider the whole setup needs to be done directly on the res.partner.bank.
Task 2412391
This module had been introduced in stable to add a field to store the QR-IBAN in case it differed from the regular account number. We now merge it into the original module and make it so that the only way to define a QR-IBAN is to populate this field (no more magic with account number).
There is no plausible case where "print QR-invoice" button is needed
on Credit Note form view.

On res.partner.bank, we check that:
- l10n_ch_postal contains a valid postal number
- l10n_ch_isr_subscription_chf contains a valid ISR subscription number
- l10n_ch_isr_subscription_eur contains a valid ISR subscription number
ISR subscriptions numbers are postal numbers but starting with 01 or 03.
Those codes are reserved to ISR issuance.
When the bank account on a Vendor Bill is detected as
an ISR Issuer, check the reference is actually an ISR.
The 27 digits ISR Reference is error prone when typed by hand
and an error at this stage would break the payment process later.
This is required to avoid batch payment error with SEPA.
We prefer using the pretty form xx-yyyyy-z of a postal account.
The Swiss users will identify it more easily.
We always want to auto fill the field l10n_ch_postal when possible from
acc_number, which includes only 2 cases of filling acc_number:
1. a 9 position postal account number
2. an IBAN from PostFinance which includes clearing 09000

Using it as a parf of the regular invoice pdf report was wrong, as this report is subject to the margins defined in its paper format; causing issues as for the rendering of the QR report, which must be displayed at a precise location (just like ISR). wkhtmltopdf doesn't allow having different margin values in the same file, so we did just as for ISR, and now generate QR-bill in a distinct pdf.

- Create journal entries as soon as bank/cash statement lines are created, temporary booked on a suspense account set on the journal.
- Simplify the management of "blue" lines in the reconciliation widget. A "blue" line is now a journal item using a temporary liquidity account (outstanding payment/receipt accounts, set on the journal).
- Adapt and simplify the bank reconciliation report.
- Remove the bank reconciliation threshold date. The reconciliation report will show the not already reconciled journal entries using a liquidity account and the not already reconciled journal entries using a temporary liquidity account. Without accounting, an account.payment will involve directly the liquidity account and then, will be considered as a statement line directly.
- Remove the post_at bank reconciliation feature. The "paid" state will be set on the invoices only if reconciled with a journal entry involving the journal's liquidity account.
With invoicing, the payment will do that so the "in_payment" state should never be shown up.
With accounting, only the statement lines have the power to move an invoice to the "paid" state.
- Fix various corner cases about the management of multi-currency in bank statement lines.
- Fix the conversion dates in multi-currency: Since the bank/cash is always used on the statement lines, it will use always the real "bank" date instead of the fictive payment one.
- Ensure the 'reconcile' method will raise an error if the involved moves are not posted.

Showing these fields does not actually make sense when bank_account_id isn't set as well, since setting them and saving will result in them losing their value (as they're actually related on an empty field). We need to hide them while bank_account_id is not set.

This new modelling makes it easier to add new QR-code formats, and allows using all of them in website_sale and account.payment's form view as well (so, Swiss QR codes are now available there, while they were restricted to only invoices in the past). All barcodes are now generated as reports, from a dedicated route. This was only partly the case before : Swiss QR added a cross on top of the QR-code directly in the template, it wasn't part of the image returned by the route; now it is.
[ADD] base_qr_code_sepa: new module decoupling SEPA QR-codes generation from the base module
Each new QR-code generation option should thus be done in a dedicated module (or added to a localization) in the future.
[IMP] base_qr_code_sepa: update the generated QR codes to version 2 of the specification
Version 1 is still supported, so no need to backport this.
[IMP] l10n_ch: make Swiss QR-codes compatible with the new version of the specification (the old one is deprecated)
This will be backported to 11.0 and 12.0, as these QR-codes will soon replace ISR.
[IMP] account: make it possible to mark manual payments as sent with a button on the form view
This way, when making them directly with a QR-code (or doing a more classical wire transfer), people can keep track of what they already have asked the bank to do, and what they still have to treat.

- 'partial' payment state corresponds to invoices whose payable/receivable move line has been partially reconciled with some other line.
- 'reversed' payment state corresponds to entries that have been cancelled by the creation of a single reverse entry (using the dedicated button on the form view). This state can be set on invoice as well as on regular entries.
=> To stay consistent with the naming conventions, this commit also renames invoice_payment_state field to payment_state, since it's no longer only applicable on invoices.

The BVR implementation was confusing as it
seemed to only take into account the case where the postal
account belonged to PostFinance itself and not to another
bank, where the same number is shared among multiple accounts.
Also, the purpose of the fields was confusing.
Adaptations done:
- When you add a bank account of type postal in the account number,
there is an onchange that automatically puts it in the postal account
field and makes itself unique by adding the name of the partner to
the account number. The account will still be detected as "postal".
- Improve help message of the postal account field on the bank account
as it is used for two different purposes (Client Number for own accounts
and postal number for "postal" vendor accounts)
- Only show the subscription fields when you have to do with a bank
account related to your own accounts / Switzerland
- Add fields in the Add Bank Account wizard if it is for Switzerland
(subscription number and the postal field we label "Client Number")
- Also label Client Number on the journal form for postal field
- Don't remove zeros in front of the client number on the BVR
- Don't put extra - in the subscription number on the BVR if it has
some - already
- Use number without spaces for payment reference

l10n_ch_currency_name is a related field to currency
Without this patch, when creating an invoice, the inverse of the
related field was computed, trying to write the name on the currency
(with the same value).
If a user did not have the required access rights (e.g. a user in the
group Billing can create an invoice but not write on res.currency by
default), he was unable to create the invoice.

An Inpayment Slip with Reference (ISR) subscription number is provided by the bank or by Postfinance
ISR When the ISR subscription comes from Postfinance it is a direct
subscription.
ISR (bank) When the ISR subscription comes from a bank it is the bank subscription
toward Postfinance.
Having the subscription number on res.bank has 2 drawbacks:
If you have multiple accounts at Postfinance
or
If you have multicompany and each company has a Postfinance account
you won't be able to emit with different ISR subscriber numbers.
This also renames the fields to be accurate on the meaning.
An ISR reference is a Payment reference that will apear on the invoice.
It is better to name it subscription number.

This commit merges the following models
* account.invoice and account.move
* account.invoice.line and account.move.line
* account.voucher and account.move
* account.voucher.line and account.move.line
It was the opportunity for a big cleanup of the code, so it also restructures the whole account module, its different models/fields, the tests etc. for a better world and a better code readability.
==== Rationale ====
The rationale of this huge change is that we want journal entries / invoices to be easily edited, and changes reflected in the other model. It's a HUGE feature and very strategic for the fiduciary companies. For example, changing the account of a journal entry needs to be automatically reflected on the related invoice.
The same reasoning applies to sale/purchase vouchers.
==== Changes made in features =====
When creating an invoice, you are now creating a journal entry directly.
--> The object account.invoice no longer exists.
In the same fashion when creating an invoice line, you're now adding journal items directly in the journal entry representing the invoice. If this invoice line has some tax, it may create additional journal items as well.
--> The models account.invoice.line & account.invoice.tax no longer exist
Identically, when creating a sale/purchase receipt with its lines, you are now creating a journal entry directly and there's no more usability difference between encoding a receipt or an invoice.
--> The object account.voucher no longer exists.
--> The object account.voucher.line no longer exists.
--> The whole account_voucher module no longer exists.
Positive side-effects coming from these changes are
* draft invoices/bills/sale or purchase receipts now create a draft accounting entry. Validate these objects now simply post its journal entry. That means that draft invoices/bills/sale or purchase receipt can straightforwardly be included in reporting or budgets.
* opening a journal entry in form view will now always open the correct view: if it's a sale/purchase journal entry we will have a customer invoice/vendor bill view or a sale/purchase receipt view, whatever the menu we're coming from.
* code & business logic simplification. It is also condensed in a single place instead of being partially duplicated on invoices, vouchers and journal entries.
There should be no feature loss, except the one allowing to group multiple journal items together based on the same product during the invoice validation.
==== Changes made in models =====

commit 68dafa0620 introduced a solution to hide the Swiss QR code by default, by conditionning its display on the existence of an ir.config.parameter that one could manually add.
This commits creates the ir.config.parameter and relates it with a field in the accounting settings for more convenience for when we'd need to enable it

The specifications of this feature have not been frozen yet and the feature is not expected before mid-2020. Merging it in stable was premature.
There's now an ir.config.parameter to hide the feature until really needed: a field in the accounting settings will be added in a next version to show it, in the meanwhile people can manually add the parameter to use/test the QR code.
Also fixed all 3 typos/grammar errors in the single sentence message displayed when some pieces of information were missing while printing the QR code
Also fixed the place where the Swiss options for the ISR are displayed in the accounting settings (under 'invoices' instead of 'fiscal periods')
Also fixed a 'not-a-multiple-of-4' indentation.

Previously, the ISR reference was computed from the iban number but it seems some banks (for example UBS) use arbitrary ISR references that needs to be manually set.

Was PR #22931
Our positionning of the scan line (ligne de codage) was possibly wrong
depending on wkhtmltopdf.
In eg. chromium the font is configurable exactly but in wkhtmltopdf it
seems there is bigger limitation on giving eg. a decimal pixel number.
But this was necessary to have the same character positionning than
expected in BVR, and this line is read by scanner and must match.
This change:
- have an absolute positionning for each character in the scan line
- add two parameters "ISR scan line horizontal/vertical offset" that
will move the scan line to the choosen distance.
- changes some other CSS value to match better the ISR documents on
accounting on differences between wkhtmltopdf 0.1.2.1 and 0.1.4.1
- remove currency which should be on the BVR background.

Add a new button to generate the ISR and remove the "double generation" of reports on 'Print invoice' button. This modification brings the code back to its original version and hence fixes the javascript bugs that occured with less than 3 workers running on the server and with Google Chrome when triggering multiple downloads simultaneously.
[ADD] account
Add a identifier to the 'register payment' button in order to reference it more easily and add the 'Print ISR' next to it.
[FIX] l10n_ch
The module did not install itself anymore, an import was missing.
Report generation was crashing due to a function's suppression.
The ISR is a payment slip report for account.invoice, that we automatically send and print with the regular invoice report (to ease usability, as these two reports usually go together).
[FIX] l10n_ch: italian translation
A field was missing for italian chart of account translation to work.
