Swapnesh Shah 36cec45f43 [IMP] auth_oauth: use sequence field for ordering 
A sequence field is present in the model but was not used.
After this commit, the field is used as sorting criteria. This allows to sort providers on the login page.

closes odoo/odoo#43968

Swapnesh Shah 4867c64ae3 [IMP] auth_oauth: Add missing field in form 
Field `css_class` was not added on Views.
In this commit, we add this field on form view.

Hiral Bhavsar 3cd7ed07a2 [IMP] *: remove 'view_type' on window actions. 
The old tree views don't really exist anymore, this odd pseudo-flag to
dispatch between "list" and "tree" tree views has no reason to remain.
