Olivier Dony 6a4e31d9fe [FIX] account: make account.report.common's journal_ids column inheritable 
This is achieved by using implicit naming of 
SQL names supporting m2m (table and columns),
so that m2m fields can be inherited via _inherit
without FK problems.

Vo Minh Thu e56e526393 [FIX] account: corrected reports: 
- a many2many is _inherited; this means the relation table points to the original
model, not to the actual model used in the wizard. This patch redefines explicitely
the many2many in each _inheriting model.
- In action_account_pl_report, target_move default is False. The test provides a
value (this is a required field).

Quentin (OpenERP) ee0f98590e [FIX] account: improved order of account_period in order to have the period for opening entries first and fixed in common report wizard the bug that was selecting entries from opening period too when we were printing entries from january to march (because of same date_start for january and opening period). Also fixed the query_get when giving the periods directly in the context (previously it was doing a very weird thing with the clause where_move_lines_by_date defined again and it was not compliant with the opening period new change)
