web-services: new "get_sqlcount" call
...
Useful for automated statistics, returns the global SQL counter of queries.
It does not affect any counters, and will print a warning if debug_sql
is not enabled (counter would be zero, then).

Sometimes you want tests to be run against an environment where no demo data are allowed
and you do not want to have tests loaded from the 'data' section as records will not be rolled back.

translate: fix scanning the ir.models for translations
