Purpose
=======
Access group terminology is missleading. Yous have to be manager to administrate
an application. This task consists to rename groups to be understandable for everyone.
Groups should be reorganised on the users form to be more explicit.
Specification
=============
1/ Rename 'Manager' to 'Administrator' in users groups.
2/ Define a hierarchy on access groups by using the category_id in the manifests
A category 'Operations/Project' will create a category Project with a parent
category 'Operations', and something smart is already developed (in modules/db.py)
to avoid duplicating categories.
3/ Add a group in expenses to be able to approve expenses reports for my team.
4/ Add a group in timesheets to be able to approve timesheets for my team.
5/ Remove partially the useless crap in ir_module_category_data.xml
6/ Sort access rights groups on users form according to its parent category

When only installing in a new instance the app maintenance,
the admin was not in the group 'group_equipment_manager'.
So when going to Maintenance > Equipment, the button create
was not available

When a user is assigned as responsible of request, we want him to get a
mail saying that he's a assigned to this request, a standard behaviour
exists in Odoo to perform such a thing, which consist of having a field
named 'user_id' which is tracked, so to avoid overriding the method, we
renamed the field 'technician_user_id' in 'user_id'.
Wre also set teh mail subtype 'request create' with default false, to
have the same behaviour as the on in project, meaning that it is true
only if you have the parent subtype set to true.

This commit improves maintenance requests management through a better
integration of activities and addition of automated activities. Several
things are done in this commit :
* automatic activities generation is added for maintenance requests.
Activities are generated to remind assigned users about maintenance to
perform. They are also automatically removed or updated if the scheduled
date is changed or if the request is done to avoid bloating users with
unnecessary activities;
* a menu to configure activity types is added. Indeed equipment managers
should be able to see and configure activity types related to their job;
Add a company field on the maintenance equipment, equipment categories, maintenance request
and maintenance team (maintenance users from a company do not see equipments, categories
and requests from another company and Equipment Manager can create the maintenance teams).
It used to be based on owners, but owners are automatically
followers. Restricting on followers makes the visibility
of equipments and requests consistent with the mail notifications
linked to them.
Avoids issues with "phantom notifications" that appear in the
inbox counter but aren't visible.
Several modules defines records with the external ID `base.foo_bar` while it is
created inside this module (typically menus and groups).
While there is no technical reasons to do so but this may introduce issues:
- these records will not be deleted during uninstall
- if a language is loaded before the installation of the module, it won't be
translated
The uninstallation will only remove the records with an external id linked to
this module (these would only be removed when removing base).
Installing a language before the module will drop the translations not linked
to an existing external id (as it can not be resolved).
This commit correct all the external ids tagged as from base or other incorrect
modules.
- rename models from hr.equipment.something to maintenance.something
- add concept of maintenance team and dashboard
- remove generic alias for maintenance
hr_equipment module is renamed to maintenance. No change is performed to the
module itself. It prepares further changes, mainly splitting maintenance from
hr_maintenance.
