We changed the naming of posbox to IoT Box everywhere
and renewed the web interface using jinja2 templates in
separate html files.
A separate configuration for the server and the IoT Box name
was added and it shows drivers for both pos and iot.
The interface also needs a step to step wizard that is launched
when the access point is active for simplified configuration.

Time has come to update a bit applications name, summary and website links.
Purpose is to have a website page correctly set for applications to be used
in conjunction with the newly-introduced discover button.
Names and summaries are updated to be more updated and shiny.
This commit is related to task ID 47179 and 1861544. Related PR are #22689
and #25556. First one is about classic applications while second one is about
website applications.

The 'xmlrpc'-based configuration parameters have been a misnomer since
the introduction of the generic HTTP service, years ago.
Hide these options from the server parameters, and replace them with
more appropriate 'http' ones:
--xmlrpc-interface -> --http-interface
--xmlrpc-port -> --http-port
--no-xmlrpc -> --no-http
The config entries for these have been adapted as well.
The old parameter names are still silently supported in both
command-line arguments and config files. However they are
stored with the new names in the `tools.config` dict,
and when saving config files (with the -s option).
Also clarified and cleaned up the descriptions of the HTTP/WEB server
parameters.
And finally, added a short version `-p`, for the `--http-port` option.

The '/point_of_sale/display' controller is added in the hw_screen module.
This module is not loaded if the init scripts are not modified.
This means that updating a posbox with the internal update feature will not work.
This adds the link only in hw_screen and display an information message for old
versions.
This adds the hw_screen module which is responsible for receiving
rendered HTML from a POS client and sending it to a running Chromium
browser. This is done by sending Remote Debugging Protocol messages over
a WebSocket provided by Chromium. This allows hw_screen to evaluate
arbitrary JS. This is used to seamlessly (without flickering) update the
browser.
This also includes changes to the POSBox. X, Chromium and some
miscellaneous other programs were added. Functionality was added that
automatically displays a fullscreen, UI-less Chromium browser when the
POSBox starts up. This is accomplished through x_application.sh, which
gets executed only when a display is detected. After the browser starts,
it will display a specific screen until it receives the first order update
from a POS client.
Creates a public controller to be able to display the interface on an external
device not connected to the posbox (e.g. tablet)
