Yannick Tivisse 006de6b38d [IMP] base: Remove ir.actions.todos on module install 
And jump to the App Switcher automatically on module install/upgrade.
That way, we can remove a lot of ir.actions.todo in the code.

This is necessary to enable reconciliations on these
accounts, and also ensures the residual amount on
invoices will be properly computed.
