Thibault Delavallée a4d5cfa747 [IMP][FIX] mail, various: migrate fields_view_get override to the new API 
(leftover of migration). However this implies some fixes in the various calls
to models inheriting from mail.thread. Indeed giving positional instead of
keyword argument creates issues in the wrapper between the old and new
API.

In account_analytic_plan, useless override of fields_view_get has been removed.

Olivier Dony 0bd4545348 [LEGAL] Use global LICENSE/COPYRIGHT files, remove boilerplate text 
- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
  automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
  and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.

Raphael Collet cbe2dbb672 [MERGE] new v8 api by rco 
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.

- New orm api, objects are now used instead of ids
- Environements to encapsulates cr uid context while maintaining backward compatibility
- Field compute attribute is a new object oriented way to define function fields
- Shared browse record cache
- New onchange protocol
- Optional copy flag on fields
- Documentation update
- Dead code cleanup
- Lots of fixes

Olivier Dony 3f96ef97a7 [WIP] all: (work in progress) changing wizards to avoid using read() or at least take proper care of m2o fields 
This is in preparation of the fix for m2o.get() on osv_memory objects, to make
it consistent with the regular read on osv objects. Previously on osv_memory
objects it was only returned the id, instead of the pair (id, name) as is appropriate
to avoid an additional name_get RPC call after each read.
Unfortunately many wizards were using direct read() instead of browse() and
relying on the fact that the returned dict contained a bare id value for
many2one fields.
