This commit fixes an issue causing the activity's avatar image to exceed
the available vertical space when in portrait mode.
The avatar's width/height are now fixed and its pic is set to cover the
available room only.

Prior this commit,`o_AttachmentViewer_toolbar`,
`o_AttachmentViewer_viewIframe` and buttons used CSS properties with
arbitrary values.
To keep the layout consistent and remove more raw css, this commit uses
component and utility classes instead.

This commit prepares the removal of beforeEach function in the
mail test suite. Cleanup was relying on beforeEach adding widgets,
components, unpatch method 'this'. We need to clean things up without
using either beforeEach or 'this'.

Improve the design of SO/PO/INV mails together with the other changes of the
release, i.e. fixes a few imprecisions introduced by odoo/odoo#82167.
In particular, these changes enforce
* a responsive, mobile friendly layout tested on many devices and OS
* more generally, a consistent styling. Note that some redundancy in directives
is required for compatibility across email clients.
Translation files are included.

This commit moves the logic associated with the composer placeholder for two
reasons:
- move business logic from components to models
- allow to easily override the placeholder in other module.
This is uselfull for the feature allowing to leave comments on a spreadsheet.

Before this PR, only author of the message and admin could delete attachments
inside the chatter.
This behavior is now restricted to the channels and allow users to delete
attachments inside the chatter.

The Time model is deleted and replaced with the new Clock model. The
differences are that there can be several clocks, whereas Time was a
singleton, and that a clock must define the frequency at which it
updates.
The new model ClockWatcher is added to model a record that makes use of
a clock. This is currently useful for the clocks to set or clear intervals
as needed.

This commit will remove the need to duplicate models definition for
test purposes. Indeed, for now, we need to mock the model definitions
on the client side. Those models definitions are often very different
from the ones found on the server.
This approach will allow us :
- to ease model definitions during tests
- to get closer from the real models
