Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] hr_recruitment: fix crash outside of multi company

Since recently fields are not present in the views if the user does not
match the groups attribute on that field, this means that the field is
not loaded an may not be used in domains in `attrs` for example.
Most fields were properly checked but some remained broken.
