Subject: [PATCH] [IMP] mass_mailing: color_blocks snippet improved

Replace bootstrap class for text alignment with inline style

Wrapping the `a` inside a `p` and placing the text alignment on the `h2`
and `p`s allows the user to align the elements individually.
