It was added in the context of this commit (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/a3e9ca9586cba9d6161d4c05a7bfff9beeeddea7),
to auto-balance unbalanced moves.

But it's no more necessary and not only users can't select any account;
but further it is pointless.
