Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] mass_mailing: restore background image styles

When importing snippets from `website` to `mass_mailing`, the styles for
`.o_bg_img` were not carried over. This makes the image of the `Masonry`
snippet size poorly. This duplicates that scss into mass_mailing.
