Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] l10n_be_hr_payroll: Compute the Gross Salary with the
 correct ATN amounts

Purpose
=======

The ATN values on a payslip are fixed with a forfeit. See: https://finances.belgium.be/fr/entreprises/personnel_et_remuneration/avantages_toute_nature/autres_avantages

Specification
=============

Count the forfeit, not the amount paid by the company.
