Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] event: outlook live calendar link doesn't work anymore

The functionality to add an event on outlook through a link seems gone on Microsoft's part
Or doesn't work as it did before

To avoid confusion, we remove the links

OPW 1865938
closes #25968
