Subject: [PATCH] [IMP] website_mass_mailing: improve 'Website popups' inline
 tree view

This commit improves the inline tree view for 'Website popups' for the
mailing lists with following changes:

- disables creation from the tree view as it should always be done with
  the fronend
- adds last updation date and create date in the tree view
- hide website popups page/menu in form view if no popup is there
