Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] hr_skills: Set tree mode for widgets in mobile

In mobile, a many2one field is displayed as a kanban view
instead of a tree view.
However skills and resumé widgets have been designed
to work for tree views.
=> traceback when displaying the widgets in mobile.

Fix: force the mode to `tree`
