[FIX] *: switch image's .rounded-circle to `.rounded

*: gamification, hr, hr_contract, hr_expense, hr_holidays, hr_org_chart,
lunch, mail, web

Since the Milk refactoring, the backend uses only `.rounded` avatar
images. The `.rounded-circle` classes on images have been replaced by
`.rounded`.
