Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] account: hide meaningless measures from the pivot view
 The fields amount_total, amount_total_signed, residual, residual_signed, all
 sum values that are unsigned or in different units, as they may be in
 different currencies. Therefore their display in the pivot view can be
 confusing, misleading, and may lead people to file bug reports.

Since support for hiding measures has been added in commit 24f7c7ce7f,
we remove these fields from view.
