Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] l10n_eg_edi_eta: egyptian address missing city

Steps to reproduce:

- install l10n_eg_edi_eta and website_sale modules
- add any product in cart
- try to add an egyptian address on checkout
- it fails with an internal server error

Bug:

the `address_format` for `egypt` doesn't have a city field while it is
actually important for egypt addresses and it is also required in the
l10n

Fix:

add the city field
