Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] mrp_repair: allow any location in mrp repair

We should be able to choose any location for an MRP repair, you should
be able to repair a product in production if a finished product has been
consumed and must be repaired.

We must be able to choose a location even if we are not in multi
location.
